I have the HEAT/VIPER combo. Two major issues with these products. Though they are amazing for the price.

1. The LED on the viper is actually red and not IR. Though the light does not have to be on it’s visible to the naked eye in use and not just other NODS. Maybe add a dimmer?

2. The eye cups should have an angled form to better contour the face and surround the peripheral versus the straight circled flange. These should be separately adjustable for left and right eye use via preference.

As a former JSOC operator in the 90’s I had a PVS-14 SEM. Can certainly tell the difference in digital Vs analog.

First off when recieving the first packaged the delivery driver threw the packaged over my 6ft fence, landing in my gravel drive in my backyard. Second I didnt recieve what I ordered or paid for. I have sent an email to Night Operators to find out how to proceed. This was the first time I have bought anything like this and was really excited. Just to be let down in the end.

The company's customer service is amazing they have adjusted my bill quite a few times because I've messed up and purchased one too many things or two too many things. Thank you night operators! I don't have my helmet yet or night vision thermal but I will give another review when I do and it will be honest as well. So thank you for now, customer service, big thumbs up! You guys better get your night vision and thermals these things are going to be a game changer .

I am about to turn them on but I have anxiously awaited delivery and I can’t figure any other conclusion than them being exactly what I want. I will not even warn of an alternative review because I am confident in my purchase.

I am not happy with the fusion system. I want to exchange it for the Heat and viper bridge system. I understand that there is a small price difference and am willing to make up the difference. I will send the unit back and let me know what the difference is.

I like these goggles I didn't like the fact the mount is plastic an you have a metal mount an wasn't clear about it you have extra batteries an was not clear about it so rather misleading so we would have to come back an buy these things for the specific goggles an took a little long to ship but I was responded to when I have questions so I appreciate that

Didn’t like shipping update, website was confusing. Thought I was order thermal and night vision combo revive 2 night vision one was pixelated can’t get it to focus and the other is fine.. I believe more was spent on advertising then the product but for the price point I knew what I was getting into and ordered anyway. Overall product is cool for the backyard.

Waited 3weeks for my nvg and thermal set. The thermal didn't work right out of the box. Sent an email and got a response asking for a video. Sent the video and still waiting on a response 21 day later and counting. Horrible customer service.

I order the Viper goggle thermos.
And a helmet, I got the helmet. I haven't got the goggles. I've been trying to get a straight answer for somebody. And they keep on telling me the same thing over and over again, and I haven't got it yet.

Has a internal battery the external is just for extra life. Pretty good so far

I received my night vision and mount for helmet. I had to get another helmet mount for it to work.

I had a few of the items come in separate and when I emailed the company they responded with in 24 hours awsome customer service

The gear is good. I got the heat and viper with the helmet. The instructions to set up the bridge and g24 mount were non-existent but figured it out. I would recommend this as a good budget thermal and night vision.

It's good quality for the price and I love using it

Customer service experience was not horrible; until I asked about a refund they didn't respond. I wanted to get a refund because the specs they boasted about fusion V2 weren't true and I was unsatisfied with my purchase and was within my 30 days to return the item. The fusion is a cool device it just isn't what was advertised.

Great shipping time, awesome product. Its great bang for your buck, especially if you're not trying to drop dual-tube money

Got both heat and viper, did not expect this high quality stuff for that price at all..great products
