When I purchased the goggles I thought I got a set of two that was the thermal and the regular NVG. I thought I also got a free Kevlar mount. When I got it it was only one night vision and no thermal nod, also no mount at all. I am very disappointed, and I had to hear my wife say I told you so!!!!

I think the manual should have more details and information in it as to how all the accessories work.

The products are great. For a guy wanting to do some varmint hunting on a budget these guys make quality stuff. L3 Harris quality, no, but if you just want to play in the dark without selling your kidney these people can hook you up.

The company is making night vision and thermals more affordable for us low-budget people. With little frills and basic options I have a decent setup for under $1K. Would like some more instructions related to the battery insertion/orientation for the Viper and Heat.

The Nightoperators customer service was fairly quick dealing with a missing battery pack, finally got one to replace it. As for the night vision itself, it’s very good quality and was a great price with really fast shipping.
I now see what goes bump in the night !

I wanted to try out the night vision when it first came out and i bought the night operators pro, the best at the time and it did really well. Helped me in airsoft battles and more. I really liked it because the price is not like military gear but it is a legit night vision compared to the toys like the glasses with ir light.

They make decent Quant digital nvg's

Fits on my helmet perfectly. No issues putting everything together. Did not know batteries are seperate. But that is minor.

I ordered a pair of goggles back in November and received them in December, but they didn’t work together as advertised. I sent the full package back, and tracking shows they were delivered and signed for on 1/2/26 by someone named Joyce. Despite that, I got an email telling me to send in the goggles for a replacement—after they already had them. Since then, I’ve received zero updates on my replacement.
Customer service has been absolutely terrible. This whole process has dragged on for a month and counting, and I still don’t have working goggles or any real answers. Negative 10 stars.

Got my night vision in a timely manner and it is top notch. Great job

I love the products the heat and the viper work great. I have to find a way, to be able to adjust the angle on how they mount to the bridge unit though. Maybe my eyes are to narrow but it seems I can not get the units close enough together to run both at the same time. I have to single mount the unit to use. They sit solid on the bridge mount and do not swivel at all. Other than that the units are great.
