If i could to put less i would,im waiting 1 month ,still didn't get what i paid ! , i try to contact support several times, didn't get ANY !!! answer , THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Just ordered and paid and the arrive quick

Can’t fault the product, but living in the UK, the delivery from China took a while and the labels are quite pricey, especially when you then have to add postage and packaging, otherwise would easily be 5*. Certainly still worth the wait and cost though.

It took a little while to arrive as it was being shipped from America. Once set up it worked and is still working perfectly. As the instructions tell you simplicity gives the best labels, perfect for what I want. Full marks

I didn't know that niimbot charges monthly fees for templates. If I would have known I wouldn't of wasted my money. Just another money grab.

I recently purchased the D101 Labeling Machine, and while the hardware performs well, I am somewhat disappointed with the software and the color consistency of the labels.

The operation of the device itself is solid. Label printing is smooth and the quality of the labels is good. It's clear that attention has been paid to the physical aspect of the device, and that's definitely a plus.

Unfortunately, the software is a different story. I use both an iPhone and an iPad, and the program keeps crashing every minute or so. This is quite frustrating, especially if you're trying to print labels quickly. A stable and reliable software experience is essential, and the D101 certainly has room for improvement in this area.

Another aspect that disappointed me is the color consistency of the labels. I bought labels of a certain color, but it turned out that they were not always the same shade. For example, the three yellow labels I purchased each show a different shade of yellow. (U15, C15, C11) This is annoying, especially if you want to achieve a uniform look with your labels.

In summary, the D101 labeling device has a lot of potential, but there are clear areas where improvement is needed. If the software stability can be improved and consistent colors in the labels are ensured, this would be a top product. Until then, I am only partially satisfied with my purchase.

These are excellent little machines. I am very happy with my new label makers. I bought D11 and B21. The labels Niimbot supplies are also of excellent quality. I do not usually take time for ratings like this, but I just love these little machines! The website is a bit overwhelming and sometimes confusing, but OK to get around after a while. The devices and labels came relatively quick (about one week). I replaced a bulky and slow machine with it's own clumsy keyboard etc. The speed at which I create labels with these machines combined with the excellent app is just amazing. So much easier, well worth the extra money.
