Had a 110 which gave good service for many years but finally packed in. Returning to Nilfisk was a given but which one to buy? Decided on the 140 power control and very, very pleased with it. Well thought out, high quality build and powerful, 8m hose which is stored in the unit and much improved overall, plus a 5 year warranty. Would highly recommend.

I purchased a Nilfisk Excellent 170 used this 4 times, in month 8 I used it the gun would not seal on the hose it would not clip in placeinto the gun I reached out to Nilfisk who were usless , asked for a replescment hose told it has a 6 month warrantee . I expained it had been hardly used but nothing was offered .

I made multiple requests for information before choosing my Nilfisk pressure washer and on each occasion I received prompt and helpful responses. I received my order within three days.

So I've owned and borrowed a few pressure washers from different brands so I can say I know a thing or two , nilfisk for me beats them all for quality value and customer service. I've had a nilfisk now for 5 years it's been excellent and my karcher has lived in the shed gathering dust since I first flicked the switch on . Also my foam bottle recently snapped which was probably mostly my heavy handed approach to it , I contacted nilfisk customer service for a supplier so I could purchase one , they took my details and sent one out gratis . What a company!! I won't buy another brand if this actually eventually goes in the bin but it's that well made it might see me out ! Thanks nilfisk

Absolutely brilliant service. I bought x2 30l wet vacs but unfortunately only one got delivered but when I contacted Nilfisk it was sorted without a few days. Well done great product will be use in the future again. As a plumber I can guarantee this product is the best at all wet vacs. Has so many tricks in the plumber trade. I also have one as my hoover for the home.

What a fabulous experience. From the online ordering app to receiving the product. Love the patio cleaner so ordered the attachment that’s more suited to smaller brick patio/driveway as opposed to larger slabs. Great results with just water. Powerful and good to look at. Nicknamed it Buzzlightyear….. Very happy and well done for your overall service and well manufactured product. Karcher who ?

I was recommended to purchase one by a friend, my drains were blocked yet again, after placing the rods it was still not moving much a friend had Nilfisk, after a few goes it cleared the drain I might add this is the main drain that carries all waste. So I purchased one. As my main drain is not good, we think it does that have a good incline.

Been trying to resolve a warranty issue where my power washer was not sent all in one go and when I registered it (once satisfied all items where recieved) there was a warranty error. Been nearly 1 month and no reply in 2 weeks. For people reading this consider carefully this company rely on emails and they never respond. Never had such bad customer service in my life from a manufacturer. Ava, Karcher customer service is much better. I am going to take the legal route now as this has gone to far and unacceptable. So be ware ppl.
