Love the Nilfisk 180 Premium. But.
Love the Nilfisk 180 Premium, unfortunately the hose and i.e. the brass part no longer fits into the lance aperture which is very odd. I purchased a new lance as I thought this might be the problem. This does not fit either. I can now only put it down to the hose and the brass part so have now ordered a new 10 m hose. I only use this 4 to 5 times a year so very disappointed at the longevity as it’s only 3/4 years old.
Nilfisk I have now found I have an extended warranty until 21/04/2028 and completed the form however it will not accept the format from my iPad. I have called the only UK number available but that’s only for commercial purpose’s.
Are you able to assist PLEASE.
Is there any chance of a reply 4 August 2026.

Bought the Nilfisk VP400 vacuum I wasn't sure what to expect as the price was very reasonable and much cheaper than a Henry.
I'm very impressed, although built in China it feels quality and robust. I've gone through three Henry hoovers in 10 years..they don't last. For this price I would definitely recommend Nilfisk as a better value alternative.

With reference to my last review 4 days ago, I contacted customer services as suggested but still the same reply 2 year warranty for this product not at all happy as was expensive for the use it has had. I’ll be heading back to Karcher for my next pressure washer.

I purchased an EXCELLENT 160-10 UK back in March which has proven to be a superb purchase. I have had 2 Karcher units, both lasted less than 5 years with only occasional use, not impressed, so I thought I'd try a different manufacturer and what a difference. I had a small issue with the hose which could have been my own fault, but Nilfisk were great and sent me out a new hose FOC which arrived in 2 days. Incredible service and super helpful.

Easy order for perfect vacuum cleaner
Easy order and new vacuum cleaner came very well packed. We've had Nilfisk for years, they never disappoint. Big plus is that most spare parts will be available many years after purchase. Also if you stay within a series, everything can be swapped between cleaners. The energy consumption of the vacuum cleaners is also very low (650-700 Watts)
