Superb product but not good delivery time nor information relating to the delivery ….

Have contacted the company with regard to an accessory which was added to the power washer we ordered 2 days prior, Syzmon was extremely helpful and arranged for it to be sent to us. They also replied to my query regarding the extended warranty promptly allowing me to gain the 10 year warranty
All very prompt with replies and precise. Delivery was with 48hrs, excellent!

Bought a Premium 180 washer directly from Nilfisk. Excellent machine meeting all my needs. Customer service from Szymon was faultless when I had a follow-up query relating to an attachment. Delivery was fast and with care by FedEx. Overall 5-star experience.

This is my second nilfisk pressure washer my first one was about 10 years old never had a problem with it the only reason I got another one because my daughter took mine to her house so I knew I would never see it again, great website and a 10 year warranty can’t go wrong certainly recommend

Excellent customer service from Nilfisk.

I recently ordered a Nilfisk Premium 200 pressure washer and shortly afterwards a new promotion appeared including a free Power Patio Cleaner with Premium models. I contacted customer support to ask if it would be possible to add the accessory to my existing order, as my order had not yet been delivered.

After only a few hours, I received a positive response from Szymon from customer service, who handled everything perfectly and arranged for the Patio Cleaner to be added to my original order as a goodwill gesture.

I’m extremely happy with the support and the overall experience. It’s rare to see customer service this helpful and understanding nowadays.

Easy to order and product is first class....definitely better than a yellow competitor it replaced. Power, performance and so easy to pack and store. So far not a single issue.

Five year 'warranty' not worth the paper it was written on. My lance has started leaking internally after just over two years, after very little use only washing the car probably about 10 times in that timeframe. It clearly isn't an issue that should be caused through wear and tear, so I went through the process of claiming via Nilfisk's website, only to be told the following by Szymon:

"From the information provided, we can see that the machine was purchased over 2 years ago. Please note that the warranty for accessories, such as the lance, is 6 months only.

As the warranty period has expired, we kindly recommend purchasing a new G4R Lance (128501701) from your local Nilfisk dealer, as this item is not available on our website."

No offer of any sort of discount should the lance become available on site and clearly a waster of £350 if I have to replace a £60 lance every two years (I'd imagine even more often should I have the audacity to use it more).

I'd strongly warn against buying one - while the main unit feels of good quality (with little use), the rest of it is obviously built to a price and there's therefore a reason Nilfisk only offer a SIX MONTH warranty on everything bar the main unit.

Buy a Karcher - they offer five years on everything.

I had recently used a nilfisk mc model at work and had been very impressed with the power of the unit. When I began to look into these models for home use the price was slightly out of my range. So I decided to go for the top domestic model the premium 200 which still is very expensive but sometimes you get what you pay for!
The power of the premium 200 is incredible and not to mention 10 year warranty!!! After purchasing the unit an offer came up to also get a patio washer included so I emailed nilfisk asking if this could be part of my previous order and as a gesture of good will they sent out the patio washer free of charge. Thankyou to szymon and tge nilfisk team .... very happy with my purchase ☺️

Customer Service form over complicated an very frustrating to use - filled in three times but form clears itself if you exit to retrieve information it requests

The patio adapter broke on my jet wash and although it was outside the 6 month warranty they agreed to replace it. Great service from Szymon means I'll come back to Nilfisk for my next purchase.

Called UK Nilfisk, spoke to someone who took my details who said someone would call be back but they never bothered.

Won't be buying this brand again due to this poor support.

Recently purchased a Nilfisk 160 pressure washer directly from nilfisk . The machine itself is excellent doing an amazing job on the patio. There were however a couple of minor hiccups -a plastic clip was broken and the spray bottle accessory malfunctioned. I contacted nilfisk directly and a customer services officer ( Szymon) rectified these issues with courtesy, promptness and efficiency. I always believe the mark of a good company is how you are treated when things aren’t always as expected, which happens. And this experience has been excellent.

No problem whatsoever from viewing all their washer pressures online, with excellent complete description of each and every one they sell, so I could decide which one to purchase. From purchasing to delivery, cannot fault, and a brilliant guarantee! Was delivered the next day, cannot fault the process. Would highly recommend! Will be using the washer next week and will be back to give it a full review, cannot see a problem whatsoever, so sturdy and well made. David robinson
