1st class product, combined with fast 2 day delivery

Bought 2 power washers that had built in detergent tanks which won't lift the detergent when contacted nilfisk there response was they would send out a bottle to attach to the end of the lance if that's what I wanted that's what I would of bought never again would I buy nilfisk and will let everyone know not to buy as for the 2 year guarantee not worth the paper it's wrote on and these washers are only a week old.

Very poor experience from a brand I previously trusted.
Purchased a Nilfisk pressure washer Core 140-6 1 year and 4 days ago. Purchased from Argos online. It is advertised with a 2 year warranty. Went to use it today and the hose that winds up inside the washer has split and sprays water when in use. Contacted Nilfisk support who referred me to some small print saying accessories are only covered for 6 months so sent me a link to purchase a new hose for £30. I had a Nilfisk prior to this one that lasted 10 years including the hose. Extremely disappointed in this product and this companies attitude to their customers. Eidi didn't even apologise in their response that I have an issue. Exact words "Accessories and peripherals such as guns, lances, hoses etc. are covered under warranty for six months from the original date of purchase. Please find a link below for a replacement hose". Extremely poor quality product, miss advertising of the warranty on Nilfisk website as well as Argos. On the page where you purchase a Nilfisk product it states at the bottom - WARRANTY All machines come with a minimum 2-year warranty. There is a link behind the 2nd warranty word. At the very top of the page that takes you to it states Pressure Washers Standard 2 year Warranty. You have to scroll down that page to the Standard Warranty section where it states at the bottom the exclusions. So on two pages advertise 2 year warranty but expect the consumer to select links and page down to find out there isn't a 2 year warranty. If a hose is faulty after 1 year its not of serviceable quality.

I purchased a Nilfisk Power Washer Excellent 160, and on its first use it failed, pressure dropped to a ridiculous level, I contacted Nilfisk under the warranty ref 149589 and other than acknowledging receipt of my emails 3 in total, absolutely nothing, terrible customer service

I’ve only just bought it so I can’t comment on long-term performance, although the information I had on that was highly positive.
Although large it is very neatly set up for efficient storage. The hose is sufficiently long. It is powerful enough. The parts are robust and easy to use.
I can’t report any problems.

Easy ordering process,quick delivery

Plenty of info on the website, the ordering process was straightforward and the delivery was fast with plenty of tracking info. The products I received are very good quality.

The ordering process with quick and easy. There was virtually no assembly required of the Core 150 pressure washer; it all looks really well made, the parts for the accessories seem very sturdy too. I’m very much looking forward to my first use of the Core 150 but, based on the experience so far, I’m sure it will be an excellent product.

Easy to purchase and good value, especially with the extra package albeit I'm waiting for the wash mitt. Glad it has the 10 year warranty too...

Superb warranty offered on the new jetwash, a couple of goodies thrown in too which will come in handy.

Delivery was a little slow as I believe it came from Germany.
This was no problem though

Ordered the core 140 with the free 3 piece accessories, prompt service and dispatch,
One item missing from emailed invoice,
Replied with a question as to its whereabouts and after several emails told it will be sent when more stock arrives in the warehouse.
Why could you have not emailed me to say I item was missing due to stock shortages?
I would then have not had to chase you for an answer.
Delivery arrived 1 day earlier than planned .
Not had chance to test as yet as away at the moment.

You put in the car kit when I added the long hose - and it turned out the 140 comes with the long hose anyway. I added a professional foam lance and you sent pretty high quality diy ones so I have a lot to play around with.
