A VERY GENEROUS AND UNEXPECTED GIFT

NILNOOK SANDALS
Unfortunately I ordered a pair of sandals in 6.5 which, when delivered, were much too big for me.
I wrote to them asking if I could return them and, as I had spotted another pair of sandals which were exactly the same price, I suggested swapping them - I would return the sandals which were too large and would receive the new sandals in the right size.
Imagine my delight when they said I could keep the ill fitting sandals and gave me a new code which was exactly the price of the new sandals! So I ordered them promptly and will give the too big sandals away. That way there is no money lost anywhere and my friend will receive a new pair of orthopaedic sandals!

Ordered Orthosun sandals and when…

Ordered Orthosun sandals and when arrived were cheap and rubbish. I asked for my money back but was told I could have a voucher for it, 30% refund or pay shipping which is in Macedonia. Will never order anything from them again

Genuine honest company

Genuine honest company . I purchased shoes that were too small . They gave a very generous discount on future purchases and offered to replace them promptly with no quibble . Excellent customer service , would highly recommended.

Excellent Service

I have been very impressed with both the quality of the product I purchased and the service provided by Nilnook.
I purhased 2 pairs of OrthoX orthopedic shoes [ white and blue] on the 29th June 2024.
They arrived via free shipping on the10th July. The shoes were light in weight, and appeared extremely comfortable to wear and I was very pleased with them
However I discovered a slight problem with heel of the right shoe when wearing the blue pair.
I contacted Nilnook who could not have been more helpful.
They provided me with options to remedy the situation which included a complete refund of the cost of the shoes, or a replacement pair being provided.
I requested a replacement pair on the 15th July and was informed within hours that the shoes were being shipped to me at no extra cost. I could not ask for a better service.

Easy transaction

Easy transaction. Updates given throughout the order process.you are offered £5 if your review is positive. Turns out this is £5 discount on your next order.
The shoes I bought are very comfortable. I have a bad toe and these allow me to walk properly again. I would have offered more stars if it wasn't a blatant attempt at bribery

Sell Trash and Refuse Order Cancellation

Ordered an item from Nilnook in early June. As I hadn't received it (or a dispatch notification), on 21st June I wrote to Nilnook and canceled the order.

Nilnook wrote back to me refusing to accept the cancellation stating that the order had been processed. I informed Nilnook that under the Consumer Contacts Regulations (Distance Selling) 2013 I had the legal right to cancel which could not be refused and demanded a refund.

Having raised a claim with PayPal, Nilnook then informed me that the order had been dispatched.

Received an item on 28th June which is nothing like the item I ordered. Nilnook are scammers.

Note that Nilnook also trade as Pisa Marketing Ltd and 4PX ExpressUK Co Ltd.

This is scam company., Do not be taken in .

This is scam company and I was sucked in. I should have checked their credentials. Much to my regret I ordered a Jet Washer, believing the splurge that it would be effective in meeting my needs as disabled and ageing person "not so". The appliance that they sent was ineffective, underpowered, not fit for purpose and exaggeratedly overpriced. (Amazon is offering the same jet washer at the third of the price I paid, and performance reviews are extremely poor.)
I asked for a refund of my 25 pounds or so and all they of offered me is 30 percent of my order.
Forget the pretty website, it is all a con. This so called company and their web site must be taken down. Even Trustpilot has been taken in.

This company.is a fraud

I ordered a pair of sandals for holiday they.were poor quality so I wanted to.return.and get a refund as advertised They have offered me ,£12 not the 39.99 I paid. Do not.buy.from this company they are crooks inflated prices for shoddy goods.

I have received a standard reply.from the company as they issue on.all the complaints this is a genuine review as with others I have been asked to return to MACEDONIA but the parcel came from Southall UK

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. Website and communication is very slick and you feel is professional. It’s not.
I ordered a pair of supposedly orthopaedic flip flops. They arrived yesterday. The plastic upper and lower parts of the shoe are filled with glue which has overflowed on both shoes on both sides. Sizing is also very small. Overall they look very cheap and cannot see how they are orthopaedic in any way. Will possibly wear in the garden but nowhere else!

Dissatisfied customer

I ordered some sandals from this company thinking it was a UK company . The sizing on these sandals are so incorrect they might fit my grand daughter ?!?! Now to find out I will have to send them back to MACEDONIA.
What a con ,it will cost probably as much as the sandals did ! I don't know how this company can get away with this. From a very dissatisfied customer ! Oh I have just had a reply from Nilnook it's not even in English so that explains alot, I haven't had a reply to acknowledge a return having emailed them today so just beware future customers!
