They really deserve zero stars, but that doesn't seem to be an option. Cheap and nasty sandals. I contacted them promptly and received a slightly odd response, including paying to return the sandals abroad. A few emails later and it's clear I'm communicating with a bot. So this is taking up my time, but none of theirs.

This is a disgusting company
This is a disgusting company. Don't be taken in by them as the website looks like a U.K. company but it is based in Macedonia.
I purchased a pair of sandals for £29.99 but when they arrived they were very poor quality and so uncomfortable I could not wear them.
I contacted customer services and asked for my money back which they said they would if I returned them to MACEDONIA. However the cost would have been in excess of £23. After several emails they refunded me £11 and told me to keep the sandals. Not a lot of use really.
How is it they can get away with their email address being Nilnook U.K?
At no point in their communications did they say they were based in Macedonia until I asked for my money back.DON'T buy from NILNOOK

BEWARE AND FORWARNED…
I ordered supposedly orthopedic sandals as they looked ideal. When they arrived I found them to be made of cheap material and the toe post wasn't made correctly which meant that part of the Sandal was used to fit between the toes..
I've already bought some ordinary sandals which arrived fairly quickly but made of the same material. What a disappointment. I've now just read the reviews which are mostly in agreement with my findings. I could kick myself for not looking beforehand. As for returning them, it seems impossible unless you're prepared to pay a high price. So my answer to this is to throw them in the bin and goodbye £50. As a pensioner I can I'll afford .

Ordered a trimmer at a reduced price…
Ordered a trimmer at a reduced price from Nilnook, picture shows the circular wire brush with a part picture of a wire strimmer and an image of a connected handle attachment to operate the thing. After waiting for ages a parcel was delivered containing 2 circular wire brushes, nothing to operate them with. When I complained I was told that to get a refund I had to send the parcel back to Macedonia at my expense!! Other than that they would refund me 30%. If I could contact whoever hosted these spurious items I would ask them to block them and to be able to force a refund, it looks like like a Trade Description offence, misleading. I will edit your reply to say that you are full of what you are striving to do and other platitudes but nothing about the useless item you have sent!

I purchased a pair of sandals from this horrible company The sandals I received were nothing like the ones advertised and were for wide fitting but no way were they a wide fitting sandal. I email them to say I wanted to return them I was told they had to go back to the manufacture. I took them to the post office and was told the address didn’t exist got back in touch with them give the same address so I tried again this time I was told it would cost £17.00 plus and I couldn’t get it signed for. The company will not reimburse the postage and they can’t say they have received the item back as there was no signature. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ANY COST

I wish I'd read the reviews first, but sadly I didn't. The orthopedic shoes are about as medical as a breeze block. And they're made of recycled bin liners. With old fishing boat cord for laces.
I asked for a refund but I would have had to return them to Macedonia (at my own expense) which was almost as much as I'd paid for them.
They try and divert you away from making a paypal complaint by offering a small refund and for you to keep the shoes. I recommend filing a complaint so you get a better outcome.
This is just organised theft - I don't believe any of the 5 star reviews, they must have all got a second and third pair of old carrier bag shoes thrown in for free.
The quality of the product is cheap and poor - I'm even embarrassed to put them in the charity bag.
I think you all get the gist now but please don't touch this "retailer" (whom incidentally you know nothing about, no names, team structure, location, etc) with a barge pole.
