Dreadful company no scruples whatsoever.
As soon as the order is confirmed the credit card is charged. Then you wait days before anything happens.
When the 'orthopedic sandals arrived, they had to be seen to believed. Cheap plastic crushed into a plastic bag so all squashed. They even have the cheek to enclose a drawstring shoe bag! I wouldn't even put these on my feet I think they'd cause more problems than going barefoot.
Absolute rubbish I wouldn't even give them to a charity shop. No one deserves these.
Beware of this company they are charlatans.

Please DO NOT BUY the Orthopaedic Slippers what a Joke. They are dangerous the plastic is so slippery with absolute NO GRIP I payed for a speedy delivery that took over 10 days had I read Trustpilot first I would have saved myself £24.98.

Dodgy Practices
Ordered the shoes. They were shipped from China and arrived eventually. They were unsuitable and I requested a return.
Despite using a .uk domain, they want the product returned at my expense to North Macedonia. I don't mind paying to return to a UK address but this is ridiculous

Not as advertised
I so wish I had read the reviews before ordering the orthopedic sandals which looked so nice. Well after 2 weeks they arrived today and to say I was disappointed is an under statement. These sandals are made of cheap plastic Not leather. Nothing like their advert. The only thing they will be good for is paddling in the sea. To send them back would cost more than they are worth. Avoid them PLEASE.

This footwear company profess to be in the UK aka Nilnook UK, but don’t be fooled they are based in Macedonia . The sandals I received are cheap and not what is advertised as being Ergonomic. Return shipping fees are expensive so do not be fooled by their adverts on social media.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
I wish I had read reviews before ordering.
I ordered 'Orthofit' orthopaedic sandals but received cheap, nasty, plastic rubbish, certainly not worth even a quarter of the alleged half-price £29.99 they were charging. These sandals were advertised with the Orthofit trademark - where are trading standards these days?
More trouble than they are worth to try and return for a refund - you have to pay your own return charges ... to Macedonia!
Will put this experience down to my naiivity and will certainly never purchase anything from Nilnook again.

Following some disappointment that the sandals are too flat with little arch support the company immediately responded with a 30% refund. I'm very happy with their courteous and fair response and have found the shoes ideal for occasional use, poolside & indoors.

CHEAP RUBBISH FROM SCAMMERS
I ordered the shoes because the advert I read said they were soft leather, supportive footbed and help with foot pain but in reality they are cheap plastic, the foot bed doesn’t fit your feet and are not supportive because the foot bed is quite thin. The money back guarantee is only an offer for 30% of what you've paid which isn't mentioned in their money- b- g. When I asked for a refund they said it would be 30% and i can keep the shoes to which i declined. I have returned their rubbish shoes and the postage to Macedonia is £12.95 so I now await my full refund. Blooming SCAM robbers. DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH. Most annoyingly there doesn't appear to be any quality control or regularity body who can oversee these companies and how are they allowed to sell such rubbish in this country?
