If we could give it -5 we would. My wife purchaed a pair of shoes that were supposed to help with aches and pains. They were reduced from £79 to £29 approx. They did arrive but looking at them they are not worth 29 pence. They are cheap and nasty. We asked Nilnook to have our money back and after several messages they said we can return them at our own cost to a place in Macedonia. Cost to send them there was £33. to we can pay £33 to send them back and get £29 back. They are having a laugh.
Please don't use this company as they are conning us. I have reported them to trading standards and awaiting a reply. Funnily enough you cant put a review on their website

I agree with another reviewer. This company should not be trading with anyone in the UK. Their Returns and Refunds policy is totally company biased. I feel very stupid for purchasing from this company without doing more homework. Poor quality sandals, not even worth the reduced price and very difficult process for getting a refund. Did not reply to emails until I lodged a grievance with PayPal. I paid £29.99. It will cost me about the same to return the goods to Macedonia! And that is the only way they will agree to refund. Not worth the bother. I'd rather give the sandals away, although I don't think I would find anyone who would want them.

ONE STAR is far too generous!
If you deal with a SCAM company you get problems!
AVOID NILNOOK
After receiving the order acknowledgement Email and confirmed bank transaction, a second Email was received stating AMENDED ORDER which was for the item ordered PLUS a second item followed by an additional bank transaction saying ‘payment approved’
Immediate communication to cancel the ‘not ordered’ item and the unauthorised bank transaction, was followed up with their Email saying items despatched.
So what was a £29.99 order had cost £48.98. When the two items were delivered the shoes were cheap imitations of the high quality branded shoes shown on the sales website. Communications with Nilnook have been deplorable. My advice to them has been to get a job with a proper company! PayPal dispute resolution team achieved some success but it has been a very bad experience. It was a bad mistake not to have read the many similar reviews before ordering. Foolish me🤭

The company sent me a totally incorrect size of sandals…
The company sent me a totally incorrect size. They refuse to take the sandals back but then after numerous emails they have agreed to a 100% discount to purchase a new pair of shoes and that they would send me the code and details how to do that.
as it is substantially several weeks since they have agreed this I’m still waiting and not so please do not buy from this company
They have also not been funded me any of my money and I have a pair of shoes that are at least two sizes too small
