Small chairs (I feel like a kid when using them)
Delivery was delayed...
When we received our chairs (4x Bella) I laughed so hard because they look like baby chairs. they are so small and goes all the way under our tables. It's like they're 30% smaller than you would think a normal chair is. My sister also experienced this, so it seems like all their products are small.

False delivery statement and bad after sales service
Be very careful. It seems clear this website has no warehousing or stock and even when advised of false statement on their sale site saying "in stock delivery 3 - 5 days", they leave this online for others to fall into the trap. Obviously it seems they only order from China or wherever when you make an order and suddenly the delivery date becomes months not days. And to make it worse, they agreed to cancel and refund the order in full but now do not accept to have the refund paid to my card. Actually this business could be in someone's garage where they just take your order and money, put order to overseas supplier for delivery, and do nothing else.

Disappointed
I ordered 3 (different sized) picture frames and they came damaged. You can see on the one picture frame that the corner had been broken and they tried gluing it back together😏. The other frames back panel is broken as well.

Received a defective item
Received a defective item. The reclamation form process was difficult with issues of uploading. The solution to the problem that the company gave, was to send me just the defective part of the whole order, with a delivery in a parcel shop method - despite the fact that I had paid for home delivery. After more than a month from the initial order I have not received the new item.
I would also expect at least a voucher or home delivery, but none of them was possible. I would not really recommend the company unfortunately.

I ordered a dining table from Nimara.dk on December 24th. Initially, I was told it would arrive in 4 days, but I was later informed the delivery would be delayed to week 4, then week 6, and finally week 7. Despite these repeated delays, the table never arrived, and I received an email today notifying me that my order was canceled. This has been incredibly frustrating, as I had made plans around the delivery. I hope Nimara.dk improves its communication and manages orders more effectively in the future

Unreliable and Unprofessional – Avoid!
I ordered two tables four months ago, with delivery promised in February. First, the dining table was delayed to March (week 10). Now, the sofa table is pushed to week 12—with no proper explanation.
This company is completely unreliable. Poor communication, endless delays, and zero respect for customers. Avoid at all costs!

The customer service is so poor…
The customer service is incredibly poor. They failed to inform me that if one item is unavailable in the warehouse, the entire order— which was quite large— would not be delivered. I paid extra for a specific delivery date, yet received no updates. After waiting a week, I called on Monday and was told the order would be delivered the following Saturday, with an apology. However, the next Friday I was informed that there had been a mistake and the order would not be delivered again, now supposedly arriving the following Saturday. At this point, it seems like my order may take up to three weeks to arrive.
