Horrible company!!
I order a eating table and it was broken when it arrived. I asked them for a replacement or compensation no reply up till now. They just reply with the same word over and over. I cant call the customer service and they dont reply on complain on whatsapp (even when they said its their customer service.I have horrible experience with this company

Frustrating Delays and Disappointing Service
I ordered a shoe cabinet on July 22, 2024, but as of August 9, 2024, I still haven't received it. The delivery has been repeatedly delayed, with the expected arrival date being pushed further and further into the future. It’s now scheduled for week 37, even though I placed the order in week 30. This is very disappointing. The only positive thing I can say about the company is that the customer service representatives are friendly. However, they haven’t been able to provide any real assistance or new information. Overall, a frustrating experience.
I ordered a couch at the end of April…
I ordered a couch at the end of April and expected the couch at the end of May. It was delayed to week 29, then week 31 and now it's delayed until week 33. They aren't considerate whatsoever, nobody has ever contacted me about any delays and I always have to find it out myself by checking their site.
I will be pushing for a refund, to go months without a couch because of their incompetence is ridiculous. I would not recommend shopping with them.
Terrible costum service
I received the wrong colour table so i tried to immediately contact costumer service. I have send emails, massages en called multiple times but i dont get a respond. I only want to switch the table for the right colour that i orderd. I want the table that i orderd instead being stuck with the wrong table. TERRIBLE COSTUM SERVICE.

Got delivered a broken package with a broken dining table, and they don’t accept the fact it is cracked but require more and more pictures of how and where exactly. As if any of that changed the fact that it is broken and unusable.
