Do not recommend

Ray made buying my new car hassle free. Nimco prestige are professional , friendly and hospitable. Paperwork was all done for me, car was as advertised and ready to drive away with 12MOT and serviced.

I have just completed a purchase of a high end luxury sports vehicle with Ray at Nimco Prestige and rarely am I so impressed as I was with Ray. The end to end journey from enquiry through to completion of purchase was nothing less than superb. Ray is very transparent, down to earth, supportive, knowledgable and will provide with you as much support as you personally require. The way I was treated by Ray made me feel part of the Nimco prestige family, and I could not be happier.

Your recent reply only highlights the very issues I’ve raised about your lack of professionalism. Resorting to childish insults like "silly little boy" doesn’t change the facts—it only reveals your utter disrespect and inability to handle legitimate criticism. Such behavior is disgraceful for any business, especially one that claims to care about its customers.

Despite the link included in my review, which clearly exposes your lies and unprofessionalism, you continue to show disrespect and perpetuate falsehoods instead of addressing the problem. This behavior should serve as a clear warning to potential customers to steer clear of your business.

Let me be crystal clear: my review is based on documented facts, each one backed by hard evidence that anyone can verify. If you think throwing around insults will silence the truth, you’re sorely mistaken. All you've done is confirm that you lack the integrity and respect to engage in a serious conversation about your failings. Anyone who reviews the evidence I’ve provided will clearly see who the real "childish, silly boy" is.

In a desperate attempt to hide the truth, you’ve even asked Trustpilot to remove the link to the evidence so people can’t see the mess you’ve created. This is my second 5 star review for Nimco Prestige of Skipton. Having just read the dreadful review from another customer who purchased a car at approximately the same time, I feel compelled to reiterate my experience ( please note that this is an entirely independent review and Nimco have not contacted me with regard to this ). I do feel that if one purchases an older used car from ANY used car company, there is an element of 'pot luck'. I am in no way disputing the poor review given by another customer but would like to inform other potential customers that this is far removed from my experience. Ray at Nimco, made it very clear to me that the vehicle I was purchasing was SOLD AS SEEN and a vehicle they had taken in part exchange for a prestige car. Indeed, he couldn't have been more open and honest with me. The V5 / logbook arrived within a week and I was absolutely delighted as it can take much longer. As stated in my first review, Ray went out of his way to accommodate me, by delivering my car ( free of charge ) late at night down a dirt track in the middle of nowhere. I have now had the car for approximately one month and it is perfect. I purchased the vehicle as a little run around to get me from A-B whilst my larger SUV was suffering electrical problems and in for repair. It has been an absolute workhorse rather than just a runaround / second car, with journeys up to Scotland and down to Maidenhead etc. I have used it every day with absolutely no issues and although the other customer has had a very different and unfortunate experience, I obviously recommend Nimco and will definitely purchase from them in future. They were honest, professional, friendly and extremely helpful. THANK YOU.
