SCAMMERS! Don't, just don't!
I wish I had read reviews before I proceeded with my order.
Luckily I have screen captures of everything - from conversation transcripts to delivery date when order was made. Every time I check the website, it states that the order was just confirmed.
Example:
Check on 15th - Order confirmed on 15th.
Check on 23rd - Order confirmed on 23rd.
Delivery was supposed to arrive today - 23rd January and today it states that the order was only confirmed today.
And speaking to their customer service people just gets NO WHERE.
So looks like the order is never going to arrive or won't arrive in time. Scammers. Don't order from them.
I have asked for a refund, now let's see if this ever happens.

I ordered a gift from this website and now for more than a week can't get any clarify on arrival date.
No reply, no refund - just a system glitch where 4 tickets have been created (Almighty Lord only knows why 4) which had 0 impact.
If management reads this review, make sure to cancel the order & make a full refund.

All products are extremely overpriced. At 3 or 4 times more the original price and in many cases they sell fakes.

Fraudulent website DO NOT purchase…
Fraudulent website DO NOT purchase anything. I got spammed with junk emails claiming to have a delivery from Ninelife from multiple different accounts pretending to be different couriers all claiming to deliver my product but all with fake email addresses and websites. My address details clearly shared by Ninelife.
Waited 2 months for my order which was apparently shipped, managed to get a refund but then a delivery turned up a few weeks later for which my husband ended up paying a further 32aed delivery charge at the door only to open up the package and discover they sent a picture of the product I ordered and not the product itself. And although I managed to get a refund for the product I won’t get my delivery money back. Complete scammers
EDIT: in reply to the response from Ninelife below, my email and address details have been shared to multiple spammers I get junk emails on a daily basis from different spammers claiming to be Ninelife.
I have not received an email from Ninelife about my review like they have claimed below and the “incorrect” package was no mistake it was a scam to send me a picture of the product I ordered instead of the actual product and I am out of pocket a further 32aed for the delivery of the fake product which my husband was made to pay on delivery.
THESE ARE SCAMMERS - AVOID
