It took them even just a matter of hours to refund the courier's charges to me.

Very long shipment and items get lost
I ordered 2 supplements on Nov 4th, I received one on 15th Dec and the other still pending and they direct you to emirates post who charges 32 dirhams extra for each shipment even though they are ordered together till now i have not received the second shipment yet, it is 23rd dec
