Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Returned a faulty product a month ago and still no refund, every public comment I make online they respond to offering help yet private messages they ignore, let’s see if I get the same response to this. AVOID

Poor quality food processor
Poor quality food processor. It's a really good food processor but it keeps falling apart. Within 12 months we had to get 2 lots of replacement parts with a lot of resistance from customer support. Since then more bits break off, and get glues back together again as customer support won't help any more. Won't buy this brank again as it's unreliable and poorly made. Shame, because when it's in one piece, it works well.

Poor product quality and customer support.
Have had a Ninja 15 in 1 multi cooker for 2 and a half years and the air fryer function has stopped working (no error, just no fan). Generates a huge amount of heat which I am sure is quite dangerous.
Searching for the issue, it seems a common fault - wires for the fan fracture in the lid hinge.
Contacted customer support and given the option of 30% of a new unit (making it £225) or buy a new base (at full price) for £200. No option to repair, no option for a discount on the actual part to replace (and really don't need another whole unit)......

After my previous review I was given a reply promising that they would be in touch re my £700 refund for returned item.
Noone has been in touch and my contact has been ignored. Now needing to go down the route for card supplier claim.
I think it's fairly obvious the postive reviews are generated. Especially since it looks like some people have posted multiple even 6 reviews!

Poor quality + poor customer service.
After a 6-month-old kettle hard-failed (Err 1), Ninja replied to my feedback publicly saying they would "work towards a proper resolution" and "make this right" and that I should reach out to their customer service team.
Which I did.
The experience did not match that commitment. When I contacted them as requested, they said they would forward the feedback to the quality team, noted it was an "isolated" incident, and then sent a sales-style message for additional appliances I had mentioned I was considering, despite my concerns about quality following this failure.
They told me: "We would be honored to have you as part of the Ninja family as you consider the Creami, the 3-in-1 Hand Blender, and our Knife Set." They also said, "Once you are a member of the Ninja family, you are a member for life," despite the fact I have already spent close to €1,000 on their products and now have a failed kettle.
I am unclear why I was directed to contact Ninja to "make things right" if the outcome was limited to a generic response and promotional messaging.
I would appreciate if I am not simply directed to “contact support” again.

We found the fault and I got a replacement part. The phone line was open till 8pm which I found really impressive. You often only have time for theses things afterwork so their long working hours made it really easy for me. And the part was delivered the next day. Impressive.
I have 11 different Ninja brand…
I have 11 different Ninja brand appliances, and I was always amazed by the quality of products and customer service. Probably because of customer service, I was telling everyone how easy and good you can get help when something isn't right till now. I bought a coffee machine from Curry’s and had an issue registering my product for a guarantee at the ninja website. I’ve sent a technical problem case as been told and received a message that it’s taking a bit longer than 24h and in 3 days I will have help. 11 days later and another message from me, I still don’t have any reply and now passed 28 days from purchase to register my product. I’m really disappointed.
