Great BUT IMPOSSIBLE TO CLEAN
Love the look of my Ninja 10 in 1 oven.
Love how versatile it is.
But one year on from purchase I
HATE HATE HATE the fact it is impossible to clean!
A quick wipe every time i use it, a weekly deep clean and it still looks terrible. I dont even use the air fryer or roast in it.
The racks are spotless, easy to clean, so why is the oven coating horrendous?
My ovens have always been spotless, but this is a nightmare.

Customer service poor .
As per others I was promised a reply from customer services .They emailed me and asked for my contact details .I supplied and heard nothing more .This is econd time since last November . I honestly cannot be bothered again . I wrote an email asking them to remove me completely from their data base .Nothing .Definitely will not be buying Ninja again . Plenty more fish in the sea . Goodby Ninja .

I love Ninja products
I love Ninja products and I have quite a collection. Products are great quality and there are some very good offers from time to time. When I was recently sent the wrong item customer services sorted it straight away with no fuss. Delivery is super quick too. Love it!

Ninja has great customer service
I purchased a Ninja blender that unfortunately turned out to be faulty.
However, my experience with their customer support completely turned things around. I spoke with a representative who was extremely helpful and professional—he handled the call in a calm, stress-free way and quickly arranged for the faulty part to be replaced. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and I really appreciated the excellent service. Overall, a great support experience despite the initial issue.
Huge thanks, will continue purchasing from Ninja - even if there is a problem - them fix it in a best way =)
