My shark cordless cleaner had developed a screaming sound, under warranty. After checking that cleaning process had been followed and listening to the noise it was agreed that the motor was at fault so a new hand held part would be ordered. It was delivered next day-less than 24 hours from my call

I ordered a hoover to be delivered to a pick up point. On the day of delivery I checked the dpd app and it said they couldn't deliver there??? Do would deliver to my home thst day ..... they didnt so I put my neighbours as an alternative address, app showed it was being delivered around 630pm. I was home and so was my neighbour but the app just said it couldn't be delivered and has been sent back to you. No explanation ..... nothing!! So I am £150 down, no hoover and no idea what happens now!!! Rubbish 'service'

Had to get replacement party and they were delivered within 2 days.

Very prompt delivery and very pleased with the coffee maker. Very easy to use and does exactly what it says on the sales description.

Was pleased with the service that Jake gave me a couple of days ago. He was very helpful and efficient. His English was excellent! Many call centres have unfortunately people who aren’t able to communicate. I had difficulty processing the guarantee through the QR code and Jake was very eager to help! If it hadn’t been for Jake’s assistance I would’ve given up!!!

I had an issue with my SilkiPro hair straightener, SharkBeautyUK social media customer support team sent me out a replacement next day, absolutely brilliant customer care, honestly the best experience, they were friendly, polite and very can do. I wish more organisations were as good as SharkNinja.
