I’m extremely happy with the ninja blast portable blender. I bought the product from Amazon and it stopped working due to some fault. I contacted the ninja customer care and after carefully looking into my product, they replaced it with a new one within a week of time. I truly appreciate their swiftness in getting my problem sorted and delivering my new product in a span of 1 week. I highly recommend and suggest them for their timely service and kind gesture towards customers. Customers are truly valued. I also have a ninja multi cooker with air fryer which I have been using for 6 years with no complaint. I truly value their timely service and the quality of the product and customer care. Thanks so much. It’s worth the price you pay for each ninja product for its quality and service.

After developing defect and contacted customer service was nearly 3 weeks when they decided to chuck responsibility to someone else and asked me to deal with Currys for a replacement or refund

Ninja 15-in-1 - dont recommend
I purchased the Ninja 15-in-1 appliance expecting a high-quality and reliable product. However, I have barely used the machine, and it has already developed a fault.
When I contacted customer support, I was very disappointed to be told that they cannot repair or properly support the product and instead recommended replacing the entire unit at a cost of £300. This is unreasonable for a product that has seen minimal use.
For a premium-priced appliance, I expected durability and proper after-sales support. The lack of repair options and the high replacement cost are unacceptable and do not reflect well on the brand.

Have purchased several products not only from the Ninja range but also shark. Well happy with all the products we have purchased. Always been a speedy delivery across the whole range.
Bad product, Ninja Prestige Coffee machine
I bought a Ninja Prestige coffee machine from Amazon in December 25. 2 months later the coffee pod side of it stopped working in that when a pod was inserted it failed to perforate the pod . It was returned to Amazon and a full refund was issued. I then went on the main Ninja website and bought the same machine. This one lasted just over a week and had the same fault . Contacted customer service and the machine was returned. After it being examined they sent me a replacement machine. All of this was in between February to May . On receipt of the new machine I removed it from the box and without doing anything else I checked the coffee pod insertion and , guess what , there again was the identical fault. I contacted customer service again and they tried , by video link , to get the machine to work. It didn't happen, so boxed it back up and it was returned to Ninja . At home patiently waiting for my refund this time I waited and waited , eventually I contacted them again. I was told there was an issue with the return which is why there was a delay in the refund. I pressed to find out what the issue was and was eventually told that after it being collected by DPD it had gone missing. They told me that as it was not my fault the refund would be immediately paid to my account. 5 days later I'm still waiting for my refund.
I'm not happy with the quality of the 3 machines ive received and definitely not happy with the way the whole matter has been dealt with . Not even an apology for the time ive wasted. I may have been a bit happier if either a discount or even a cheap gift had been offered .
I don't know if I'm just unlucky or whether they have had a bad batch of these coffee machines. Either way I won't be buying anything else from this company.

Terrible company
Bad company. They offer you a good deal, then cancel your order, and then tell you the deal has finished. I'm absolutely disgusted with how I've been treated on the phone, as they ignored my calls for two weeks. It totally ruined my 8-year-old daughter's birthday party because the item never showed up on the Saturday of her birthday.
Ninja is still refusing to offer me the same deal... outrageous. Now I've been waiting 3 weeks.. not good enough..

Love all my ninja products
Love all my ninja products, exceptional quality, speedy delivery and I love the colour ranges that they do, add a nice splash of colour to the kitchen. My son loves the slushi maker and the ice cream maker is sooo good too. All round brilliant products and company.

I can't fault this company or it's products/service, other companies could definitely learn a thing or two from Shark/Ninja.
Was a bit wary of buying an air-fryer
Was a bit wary of buying an air-fryer, watched the Hannah Fry documentary which convinced me and bought a Ninja.
After a little getting used to it, mainly sausages and bacon initially, I've become very impressed. It's saving time and a lot of energy, which with bills always going up is very welcome.
If you haven't got one yet then I strongly recommend buying one. Note it's nothing like a microwave, I don't have one, don't like them.
