Bought a pressure washer with them, immediately it had problems, there was cleaning residue left in the engine from the manufacturing process, and when you add oil, it ended up being a milky colour. Apart from that the engine wouldn’t idle properly, and even though I have experience with pressure washers, cars, motorbikes et cetera, this this was not a standard issue that was able to be fixed without needing to go in to a specialist mechanic
Nitrotek (Gareth) was a disaster to deal with.
He made it clear that I would be paying for the shipping to return the item to the UK, and then they would do an in-house inspection, and if they deemed it to be fully okay, and user error, they would then proceed to charge me for an investigation fee as well as for the return shipping back to me again.
So essentially, as they weren’t able to provide any practical assistance over email, as it was a genuinely faulty item that they were selling (incidentally, it is a very cheap knock off of WILKS USA pressure washer, but this one is Chinese made)

So in summary, a very poorly put together item, no practical assistance, and an incredibly unfair/and illegal returns policy

Engaging with them further was a waste of time and effort, and I would’ve needed to pursue legal options and spend more money in order to recoup the money I had lost on the pressure washer.
So I took the hit, and ended up with a faulty/damaged pressure washer

Avoid, They do not deliver, this lot havent a clue about customer care and try and sting you for additional charges because they for got their delivery wrong.

Tries to look like an Irish Company but isn't, they are based in the UK.

They advertise "Well over 95% of deliveries arrive immediately."

Conveniently failing to mention they aren't shipping from within the EU at all.

On 29-1-2025 I purchased a petrol generator for €449.98. I was very surprised to receive an email saying it was a UK company.
About 2 weeks later a very badly damaged generator was delivered by a courier.
I immediately alerted Nitrotek, sent pictures etc.
3 different days they advised me that they had arranged for a courier to collect it, but no one turned up.
Eventually the generator was collected, a few weeks later, and finally on 11-3-2025 I did receive a full refund from Nitrotek.
At all times, the Nitrotek agents were polite, and apologetic to me.
They were adamant that it was the courier who was the cause of the damage to the generator and the delays etc.
I believe that what they said was correct, but unfortunately the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
I would say, do deal with Nitrotek but hopefully you will have a better experience than I did.

Company sells items that doesn't match the description. Furthermore, when they get caught on it, they take forever (took 1.5 month) to check the item (which you have to send on your cost). Then they change the description on the website, to say that, what was claimed by the buyer, was not in the product description. ( I have all evidence, which will be posted on dedicated website). After that, they don't want to return the money. AVOID AVOID NITROTEK.IE SCAM. Save your money, buy somewhere else.
