Retourneren naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk is lastig + duur.

Recent bestelde ik bij SDTEK een roestvrij stalen horlogebandje. Levering bleek vanuit het Verenigd Koninkrijk, maar verliep netjes en binnen de gemelde levertijd.
De website vermeldt bij de productbeschrijving geen lengte. Helaas paste het bandje niet; het was onvoldoende in te korten. Daarom het retourproces gestart. Dat verliep erg moeizaam: "Helaas kon onze logistieke partner geen retourlabel voor u aanmaken" (*).
Dus zelf doen. Echter dat bleek voor mij, nauwelijks bekend met douane-aspecten, niet goed te doen. Daarnaast zijn (dat was me bekend) de verzendkosten voor eigen rekening. Ik heb besloten mijn verlies te nemen. Wel een ervaring rijker.
(*) De klantenservice reageert prompt, maar helpt niet met het zelf aanmaken van een verzendlabel.
