I recently attended the Paediatric First Aid course, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The instructor was outstanding—extremely knowledgeable, professional, and clearly passionate about teaching. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and included plenty of up-to-date information, making the course both relevant and practical.

What really stood out was how engaging the training was. Rather than being a long, boring day of lectures, the course was interactive, interesting, and full of energy. The instructor used humour at just the right moments, making everyone feel relaxed while reinforcing the key learning points. It was clear that this was a well-thought-out psychological approach to teaching, helping us remember important information through enjoyable and memorable experiences.

The balance between professionalism, practical knowledge, and fun was exceptional. I left feeling far more confident in my ability to respond in an emergency, which is exactly what a first aid course should achieve.

Very helpful and friendly

I just finished the Pediatric First Aid course and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Garay did an amazing job — he made the course engaging and fun from start to finish, which isn't always easy with this kind of subject matter. What I value most is that, on top of having a great time, I learned an enormous amount and I'm leaving feeling truly prepared to handle a pediatric emergency.

Highly recommended for anyone — whether you're a parent, caregiver, or simply someone who wants to be prepared. 100% would do it again!

Have wanted to attend Gary's first aiding course for ages. It did not disappoint ! The day flew by. I learnt loads as Gary makes the learning fun and interactive. The tasty lunch at the Chancery was a nice addition too! Thank you Gary !

We have been using Gary for many years. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field, his communication is super and he always tries to go above and beyond. He has often got us out of sticky situations when we’ve realised our training is due to expire by saving the day and providing training dates at short notice where required.

I had Gary for paediatric first aid training and he was amazing. He made the whole session really enjoyable by cracking lots of jokes, which made it much easier to stay engaged and actually remember the content.

Gary is very experienced and a good educator. Lots of practical tips, clear demonstrations and a chance to practice our learning. The day went by quickly helped by Gary’s great sense of humour. One of the best first aid courses I’ve done.

I had a great experience on the day of my first aid training. The first aid tutor Gary was amazing, funny, professional and very detailed. It was a 6 hours training but it felt short because it was fun and educating.
I will recommend NMA training if anyone requires a first aid training and I will definitely recommend Gary for his professional standards.
