As usual easy to organise online and book, great staff in store to deal with. Not -so-good being expected to 'pay' for the paper money envelope even when it is sold as "going to charity" at the end of the day charity donations should always be a choice NOT a demand which is exactly what is the case here, its not about the money 25p its the principle! Secondly Crawley is a horrible Town centre and I will no longer be collecting from that location for that reason even the staff have always been excellent.

A small shop but quite full but only…
A small shop but quite full but only one person doing currency but he was doing something else round the back or on break so had a 10 minute wait also felt a bit uncomfortable as it was definitely a Muslim place and I felt out of place and felt a bit intimidating but business done for this time would probably use another place next time
