Cheap faulty product

Recieved the foot massager, it was faulty, cannot get hold of anyone from the company, no phone number, sent a few emails, got no reply, shocking that this is allowed to happen 😑

Absolute Fraud

I ordered from this company two months ago and they send me a FAKE tracking number for an item sent from China, despite them claiming to be based in Amsterdam.

Many emails later they claimed to have problems with their website but would refund me once it was up and running, completely disregarding that they had actually lied about sending my order.

Needless to say, their site is back up, and after even more emails, still no refund.

They are an absolute fraud and it’s awful that they are continuing to take people’s money!

Please don’t fall victim .

Worst company and experience ever

Worst company and experience ever. DO NOT BUY from this company. More than two months waiting for my bag, after several emails with no response, got a VERY RUDE and inappropriate answer from customers service with a fake tracking number. They promise to refund my money back if in 5 days I wouldn't get my order and is been nearly 2 months, and I don't think I will get either of them. They are FRAUD!

Worst company

Worst company, would not recommend to anyone. 66 days waiting for my bag, every day I write to them by e-mail, no one answers me. The seller promises to wait 5-20 business days, but it's been 2 months already!!!! And I don't know if I will ever get my order or my money back. Šo not order anything on this site !!!!!

This is fraudery

This is fraudery! You will not get the bag from picture. You will not get invoice. data on company is nowhere on the site. And when they say "ok, we will return the money", they will not give you legible address... FRAUDERY!!!
