Purchased a Noblechair last year, very happy with product and comfort/support after the initial break-in period. This is used daily for studying and exceeds expectations.
Fault developed recently where part of the tilt mechanism had broken internally causing a loud noise when tilting. After emailing Noblechairs, I had a prompt reply identifying the part required, and a tracking number for it along with an installation tool. This arrived 3 days ahead of schedule and has fixed the issue completely. Very happy with the customer support experience from these guys!

I had bought a EPIC Leather Gaming Chair black/white/red in 2016, and after all those years the cushion of the armrest was starting to show wear and tear. After not even five minutes of reaching our via contact form, I received an email that confirmed that those are available, separately, and a few minutes later I had an offer in my inbox.
Extremely smooth, very friendly response - and, man - incredibly fast! Outstanding!

My experiences with Noblechairs unpayed review.

I bought a Noblechair Copper limited edition from last year. It's the Epic line which should be the entry level. There exist Icon/Hero and newly Legend as well in their lineup.

How does the chair fair itself now?

Quality: The chair itself is far better than other chairs i had previously. I bought mine on sale back in 2022 April for about 300 euro.
Previously i had owned a 300-euro chair from Corsair (Tc70 Remix) and Ak Racing don’t remember model for that one.
The Noblechair have fared best of the three. After about 1,5-year leather on Ak Racing fell apart. Corsair gas lift failed after 3 months. Noblechair started to creak gas lift after almost 1.5 years.
The leatherette of the Noblechair is still intact like brand new not even a scratch on it. The wrist rest are intact still no damage to them still like day one (Ak racing crumbled after 1.5 years)

Comfy: I would rate it 4 / 5 Missing proper lumbar support on Epic model. But you can make it a five star if you add the extra package of memory foam pillows they sell. It includes neck support and lumbar support. Might be a bit pricey you might think first hand about 60 euro when you see it but it’s totally worth it. It’s better than any other lumbar support / neck support you get included with other manufacturers you can see it's not just a gimmick for design it actually helps having spinal disc injury since 10 years this pillow helped me a lot it made the chair a five star.

RMA process: Took five messages with a guy named Felix. Very helpful and process were hassle free. Would i recommend this company? Yes cause the service of them and quality of their chairs are that good.

Other thoughts: If you want a chair from a company that actually cares about you as company Noblechairs is to go for. The quality of the chair itself beats other in its market for gaming chairs. There are alot of bad ones in the mix even from known companies like AKracing/Corsair etc. The best part of their chairs is that they are well built and hard you dont glide into the chair (which is fake comfy that injures your back) they also have height mods for gas lifts for shorter people and got chairs for everyone’s tastes. Epic for entry level dosn't at all make it bad very good quality , Hero for more luxuries and bigger person. Icon for people who dont want that gamer look but the comfy of a quality chair and last but not least Legend a chair which got it all the bells and whistles (hopefully you get to try them in store like i did and pick whatever fits you the best and your pocket) Hope this review helps.

I bought the EPIC white/black almost 2 years ago. unfortunately the leather is torn at the seam of the seat. Thanks go to the support who answered me very quickly and took care of the problem. I sit on it for 8-10 hours a day through my work. Thanks for the comfortable chairs @noblechairs and thanks @Pro Gamersware for the great support. Keep it up.

Had a minor problem with my chair after 4 years of daily use, no more warranty, I contacted them, they replied barely instantly and helped me find a spare part suiting my problem in less than a day, really nice company & support

Customer support and reaction time is excelent in Noblechairs.
I had some problem with my chair and I contacted support about this. They answered almost immediately and asked about details, the next day they've send me the damaged part of my chair for replacement.
I would definetly recommend! Good and trustworthy company

I just wanted to say that this has been a great chair. I’ve used it every day for hours at a time since making the purchase in 2019—nearly 4 years ago. It’s helped stabilize my chronic back problems.

I had asked you a question about how to preserve the faux leather finish. Well, what if I told you the finish looks just as good as it did when I brought the chair home. Maybe better with the added character which I didn’t expect from anything but leather.

There are no distortions, no lumps or bumps, and no cracking or pealing. It’s perfect.

The Mercedes AMG Petronas Chair is very comfortable, i have it for the work and i need the chair 8-10Hours. and the guarantee worked witout a issue for the gas spring :)

Ordered the 430€ Noblechairs HERO gaming chair from komplett.dk september 2019.

Less than 4 years later after moderate use (estimate: 2h/day average), the seat "leather" is worn and cracked to a degree, where the seat filling will start falling out soon.

Product was sold with 2 years warranty, so it is reasonable I would have to buy another seat; however noblechairs just offered it to me for 200€, which means the chair costs 50€/year to maintain in seat replacements.

Not reasonable for a 430€ chair, a fair response had been an apology and free replacement seat/or offer to repair it for free. A leather seat should be durable for 10-20 years, not 4.

Just out of warranty and my arms started to tear, got in touch to see about replacements which I was happy to pay but the amount they came back with was £100 for a couple of arms, which they know has a high failure rate...... They are nice chairs but wont be a returning customer sadly

I was in contact with the German Support. Every Mail was answered within 10 Minutes. The Support was very friendly and could answer all my Questions.

I have always had positive interactions with the Noblechair support. A few years ago a metal bar broke inside the bottom part of the chair and they were kind enough to send a free replacement even after it being a 3 year old purchase. 2 years later and the armrest isn't what it used to be, but I was promptly helped by the support to setup a order for new armrests! Nothing but good things to say about Noblechairs and the team

The chairs are super comfortable and since the Hero ST TX I can work much longer without getting back pain after a few minutes. I unfortunately already had 2 support cases, in which parts had to be replaced. However, the support is so fast and friendly that this does not change the rating. The replacement parts were on site within a few days and I have had no complaints since.

My chair began creaking around the rocker mechanic. I've contacted sales support and in the span of one day a replacement was shipped to my address. Sales sopport was friendly and no complications.

they do not publish negative reviews on their site, after only two years the pistons on two £400 chairs are sinking through the base. tried to contact noble but they refered me to the retailer meaning they will do nothing to fix issues with the low quality products

Even though there are some improvements to be made on the chair, like any product, I am very happy with its ruggedness and the comfort it provides so far. I had to contact customer service for a defective backrest and they were very responsive.
