An appalling and completely unacceptable experience. We had a confirmed three-night booking at Staromłyńska 2/24 for three guests, from 24 to 27 July 2026.
Before arrival, we informed Noclegi Renters that our flight was delayed and that we expected to arrive at approximately 11:50 p.m. They explicitly confirmed in writing that contactless self-check-in was possible at any time and sent us detailed access instructions and a lockbox code.
We arrived at 11:58 p.m., but the provided code did not work. We followed every instruction correctly and sent video evidence. Their advertised 24/7 support asked us to wait while they contacted a coordinator. At approximately 12:35 a.m. , only after we were already standing outside the apartment ,they suddenly announced that the property was unavailable due to an unspecified “technical issue” and cancelled our entire stay.
Noclegi Renters provided no replacement accommodation, no employee on location, no spare key, no transport and no assistance securing a hotel. Three guests were simply left stranded in a foreign city after midnight following a full day of travelling.
We had to arrange a last-minute room at the DB Hotel and pay for an Uber ourselves. The replacement accommodation was more expensive and much farther from the city centre, causing additional costs and seriously disrupting our trip. Airbnb eventually refunded the original reservation and provided a coupon, but even those combined did not cover our replacement stay.
Generic apologies are worthless when a company refuses to provide any practical emergency assistance. A professional accommodation company should confirm that its apartment is actually available, verify that its access codes work and arrange comparable replacement accommodation when it fails its guests this badly.
This was one of the most irresponsible and unreliable customer-service experiences I have ever encountered. I would never book with Noclegi Renters again and strongly advise other travellers not to rely on this company.

I booked and stayed in the apartment in Sopot, Poland.
And there some things I should say:
Renters.pl is real. They are not scam, fake or something else. You can book with them, BUT they are just very badly managed company.
Here I'd like to split my feedback on the company and on the apartment I booked.
Company ★★☆☆☆
Everything started with cancelling my booking on booking.com and sending me to their website in private messages. Ok, let it be, I can understand, fine. I found another apartment on their website that suited me more, booked and paid prepayment (+-20%)
Renters.pl wrote me an email a week before my stay and asked to pay rest of money in the next 2 hours!! or they will cancel my booking!!!! WTF??! No, really, WTF?! When i read the email it was already after 2 hours!
And they added a link to pay! I really thought it was a scam. I even checked everything I could. It was my family vacation, so I paid. And wrote an email back and asked to confirm that they got the money and would not cancel the reservation! But they were silent. I called them - but bot doesn't let through to real person.
Finally, after 5 days they sent an email +-24 hours before arrival (15:00) with instructions. And another email with confirmation that they got the money and everything is ok in the evening (like 18 hours before arrival).
Really, I felt desperate and was already searching for another apartment.
Renters.pl is a really "weird" company. It seems that they are trying to optimize as much as possible and have only 1 person in office.
You basically cannot call them. Their system just doesn't let you past the bot. And their call-bot is so... passively aggressive, like "oh, don't call us, just wait" Try by yourself: +48 91 311 11 12, you'll understand what i mean.
It means if you will have any problems - only writing emails.
Emails - you better to write to zapytania @renters.pl, and hope they'll answer, instead of rezerwacje @noclegi.renters.pl (on this one they answered in 2 weeks, after my vacation was already over)
If they don't answer - you just HOPE that everything would be ok.
Apartment ★★★★★
We lived in Sopot, in Victus Apartamenty Prestige. It was good. Great place, good rooms, good kitchen. Some minor problems with doors inside of apartment and no soap, but otherwise good. Don't have anything to complain.
Booking.com provides these guys with your credit card details and then they proceed to charge your card in a different currency than agreed on when booking, thus overcharging you by ca. 10%. Either negligence or plain scammy practice and no apology given...
edit: I was supposed to be charged in PLN as was clearly stated during booking but you decided to charge me a different amount in EUR. This could've been caused either (1) by negligence on your part when you charged my card (you tried to run my card and were given an option to choose PLN or EUR and you selected the wrong currency) or (2) you charged me directly in EUR and for a whole another amount. I'd like to believe that what happened is scenario 1 but regardless, the matter of fact is that I was overcharged by some 10% and it was caused on your end.

I booked a 5-night stay (27 June – 2 July 2026) and found a cockroach infestation on the first night — five cockroaches, starting in the sleeping area. I reported it the same evening with photos and left the next morning, as the apartment was not fit to sleep in. The property later claimed an inspection "found no cockroaches". On 30 June I returned and recorded two continuous, time-stamped videos showing live cockroaches in the kitchen — directly contradicting that claim. Despite photo and video evidence, no refund was offered beyond a token credit. I kept full documentation. Be aware before booking
UPDATE (after the property's reply):
The reply leaves out key facts, so - for future guests:
• "Partial refund": the only money involved was a 237.97 PLN goodwill credit from Booking.com, paid into a Booking wallet (not to my card) and about one tenth of the 2,379.72 PLN I paid. The property itself refunded nothing. I used one of five nights and left the next morning because the studio was not fit to sleep in.
• "Initial inspection did not confirm pests": I was told in writing there were "no cockroaches" and that the flat was fine to live in. On 30 June I returned and filmed two continuous, time-stamped videos of live cockroaches in the kitchen. The reply now confirms professional pest control was then carried out — which contradicts "no pests found".
• I reported the problem the same evening with photos and have kept the full documentation and message history.
I'm glad the flat is now being treated — but describing a ~10% Booking wallet credit as a "partial refund" from the property is misleading. I'm pursuing a full refund of 2,379.72 PLN through my bank and the European Consumer Centre

Scam alert! I tried to book an apartement in Warsaw through Booking. I payed on the Booking.com site and they tried to push me into paying through some random payment link, even though my payment was already confirmed by Booking.com. They just canceled my booking and ghosted me. RED FLAG and also, what a disrespectful attitude!

We rented an apartment in Warsaw, but it turned out to be a scam.
We booked it through Booking.com, but they later asked us to make the payment on another platform. We did it, and when we went to the apartment, there was nobody there, nobody at the phone, no signal, nothing.
Now they will write a answer under mine with their excuses like with other users, but they stole our money.
I have proofs if somebody wants

Wrong code We couldn't get inside for over two hours. The support wasn't working well.

Reply from Noclegi Renters
We got given the wrong code twice to the apartment therefore it took 3 hours to get in, in the early hours of the morning you can imagine it was a nightmare. The 24hr hotline was not 24 hours we could not get through to them at all over the phone. There was meant to be a key fob for parking we were not provided this at all during our 3 night stay so we had to park far away. This company has been awful do not book through them!!!

The host did not respond to requests on whats app or in the application where there was an offer to contact the host, nor was a phone call received. Four days of stay and now we are home and no one responded. We were given the wrong code for the entrance door. Unfortunately, because the host did not respond, we could not even deal with the big smell from the bathroom, from the waste of the shower, which spread throughout the apartment and in the cold we had to constantly ventilate. The smell is like a cesspool. Dishwasher available, but not a single capsule to use. Nabobi is otherwise very clean, glasses, plates, cutlery, pots, everything is available and very clean, Perfect cleanliness and view, but we do not recommend it, you can ruin your vacation.

Answer to the renter's reply:
It's not true about the refund. You did promise to do so 4 days ago (25.12.2025), there is however neither money on my account, nor transaction confirmation sent to me. It's very curious the refund takes so long and you you cannot provide any prove of it, considering there was no delay in charging my card.
With me happened the same story that is been happening to other customers minimum one year long (I just didn't scroll the reviews further before October 2024): charging 10% above the listed price and blaming the difference on the exchange rate and bank fees.

I booked the apartment Mieszczańska Modern Apartment with Balcony & Free Parking Wrocław by Noclegi Renters on Booking.com.
The address is:
Mieszczanska, 24
Śródmieście
50-201 Wrocław / Breslau
Poland
In the property description on booking.com it is stated that the price is deducted in PLN, however my account was charged in EUR.
Instead of the 2,002.24 PLN the actually deducted amount is 519.23 EUR. There is neither original amount in PLN, nor exchange rate stated on the transaction details, contrary to other foreign currency transactions with other merchants on my bank account.
The property ignores my messages stating this information, as well as my repeated requests for the invoice with the price break-down and the transaction documents from their side confirming the currency and the amount of the deducted charge.
This property has multiple pages on Trustpilot (for example, as renters.pl and noclegi.renters.pl), apparently creating a new one, once the old one gets flooded with same negative reviews. Even fake positive reviews don't help -- the pages are maked red with the warning from Trustpilot that Noclegi Renters violate guidelines and post fake reviews.
Since other customers state Noclegi Renters are charging random charges for non-excitant damages to the apartments after the check-out, I consider my card to be compromised and will need to replace it.

AVOID BOOKING AT ALL COSTS. After arriving in Zakopane and trying to access the property at 4pm. The code to the building worked but I was provided an incorrect code to the apartment itself and unable to gain access. I tried the code numerous times and even tried similar variations in case of a mistype in the email provided by the company. No luck. Their 24-hour help desk number was unresponsive. Emailed online and no response. Messaged the property numerous times throughout booking.com and no response at all after hours to no avail. I feel this is a scam.

The stay was extremely disappointing. The apartment was not properly prepared on arrival: the microwave was missing its rotating plate, the bathroom drain did not work, used cotton pads were left behind the bedroom shelf, and the vacuum cleaner was completely discharged. Access to the property was unclear, and we spent over 30 minutes stuck at the entrance barrier until a neighbor let us in.
We travelled with a child, yet there was no crib, no highchair, and no basic equipment for a family stay. Despite all these issues, we kept the apartment clean throughout the visit, cleaned daily, ran the dishwasher before departure, and even left a 30 PLN voucher as a gesture of goodwill.
Instead of appreciation, the host submitted an unreasonable request for extra cleaning fees for something that clearly falls under normal turnover cleaning. Considering the preparation issues and the condition of the apartment at arrival, this was unacceptable and unprofessional.
Very disappointing experience.

Review for Apartment Zabrska 15, Katowice
I have to say I didn’t have the best experience at this apartment. Before our arrival, I sent about ten emails to make sure there would be a baby cot available, since we were traveling with our child. We arrived in the evening, tired after a long trip, and of course, there was no baby cot. We had to wait another two hours for it to be brought, which was extremely inconvenient, especially when you have a baby who needs to sleep.
The apartment itself is very cheaply furnished. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but the furniture and fittings are really the lowest quality possible.
What bothered me the most, though, was the layout and design. There are mirrors everywhere, and you can’t properly darken the room. There are four big windows but only three curtains — which makes absolutely no sense. Because of the constant light coming in and all the reflections from the mirrors, it honestly felt like sleeping at a train station. Even at night, the room never really got dark, and it was very uncomfortable.
Overall, it was a disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t choose this apartment again
I have been staying in racklowicka 22D/9. The customer support lied that the room was sanitized but the room was dirty, not sanitized properly , dusts everywhere , bugs on the bed explained and shared the images to them by email and over the call to the customer support but they were rude and asking to stay with my baby even after explaining baby situation if you want you can stay or leave but we won't provide refund or transfer to another apartment apart from this they did not provided essential things for 9 days stay atleast they should have provided for 2 days stay , they provided broken vessels, no pot for coffee , no pan for fry, no trash bags, no handwashing liquids. I would suggest to avoid their apartment as their customer support was useless and turns the complaint against the guest

I had a wonderfully seamless experience, much like I'm accustomed to with Booking.com. I was pleased to find that the listing I was interested in was also available on noclegi.renters.pl, but at a better price. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth, and the apartment was very clean and tidy. This made for a perfect stay while visiting the magnificent city of Cracow. It was a fantastic trip, and having such a great place to stay made it all the more enjoyable.

It was the most stressful and unprofessional, unpleasant experience with booking an accommodation in my life.
The experience is regarding Dwie Motławy apartament at 20 Toruńska in Gdańsk.
We had a lot of problems with communication, the emails were bouncing back, they didn't pick up phones.
They couldn't confirm the payment on time while the platform sent them the money at 06.00 am during working day.
We had to ask booking.com to mediate and talk to them.
They were sending misleading emails which were saying that we have the booking confirmed and than that it's not confirmed!
Insane!
The same was regarding the parking.
We didn't know till last moment if we really have the reservation!
One more thing...bring a toilet paper with you because you will not be provided more than four roles for four people for a week.....
I am ashamed, disappointed, upset regarding the whole experience.
I will never stay there anymore!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTERS AT ALL!

I stayed in Kakowskiego apartment. The location is great and very convenient. The apartment was adequately clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony could have been cleaned better.

We had no internet access during our entire 3 day stay. Despite calling and texting the agency multiple times, the only response we received was, "We will report the problem." Unfortunately, no one ever followed up or made any effort to fix the issue. This was very disappointing and made our stay much very convenient.
Private feedback
Dismissing your clients’ issues is not acceptable. The lack of internet made our travel unnecessarily difficult, and in my case, it directly affected my ability to work. I relied on having a stable connection, and because they didn’t bother to resolve the issue—even after repeated messages—I was unable to meet my work obligations and had to deal with serious consequences from my company. This level of disregard is unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
