Great fast customer service, quick shipping. Love the over spec tinted safety glasses, I don’t like a heavy tint and they are the best I’ve found. Great quality. I do wish the arms had more tension but I have a glasses cord on them for when they are in my hat.

I bought a pair of the CutGuard Pro Tough Coated Cut Resistant Gloves as a gift for my friend’s birthday, and the gloves look and feel like great quality! The pair I ordered ended up being the wrong size, but Charlie from customer service was super helpful and kind, responded super quickly, and sent me a replacement pair in the right size for free and without needing to return the first pair! 10/10, definitely recommend and I will most likely return to them in the future!

Customer Support for Workcraft+ Apron
I purchased the Workcraft+ apron and it is better than I thought it would be. The material is rugged, it is well stitched, the design is great, it has plenty of pockets for whatever job I'm doing. Some of the pockets are open so I can reach right in for what I want and some have velcro closure so when I'm in a tight space I don't lose anything.
This apron became my go to for anything I was doing, bathroom remodeling, drywall, electrical work plumbing in crawlspace anything at all. Then I, due to my negligence, needed to repair it. Not having the apron avaliable when I was working was frustrating, I missed it.
One email to NoCry was all it took. Thier support team was incredible. Charlie understood how important this apron had become in all the jobs I do. I know this will sound a little odd, but, in this big box world full of folks who don't really care he did and it was refreshing. It felt really good to have a customer support expert know the product and understand it's uses, this just seems rare nowadays.
The professional way my issue was handled prompted me to buy another item I needed, knee pads. After 3 days of crawling around a roof they are incredibly comfortable, they stay in place and aren't so bulky that I get hung up swinging onto a ladder.
I'm glad I bought from NoCry and I will again, they stand behind their gear with understanding, professionalism and integrity. Thank you Charlie and thanks NoCry for some great gear - Keep it up!

Stays put.
The best thing about these and the reason why I bought them are they strap around the front of the knee. The Velcro is super strong and a full wrap around the knee in the front really keeps these bad boys on. I never have to worry they are gonna slide down. They aren't super comfortable but they definitely do the job. Wish it came in a smaller version with the same support. I'm using them in food service.

This is a very good company
Purchased the knee pads from Amazon. I had an issue with the strap on one of the pads tearing. Amazon replaced the set, and I returned the defected pads back to them. But (and here's what makes NoCry an exceptional company), one of the company representatives contacted me personally to insure I was completely satisfied. They also were concerned enough to listen to my suggestion that could prevent further strapping issues with the knee pads. I truly believe that NoCry really cares about your safety. I recommend NoCry to all, and I will purchase from them again.

I am so impressed with both the NoCry knee pads and the customer service. I have had knee surgery and was undecided about which pair would suit my needs best. I emailed NoCry customer service and got a detailed explanation of 2 knee pads that Taylor from NoCry thought would work best for me. Great products and fabulous service.
I have been using NoCry knee pads for several years. They were much better than the other brands I had tried. Recently I needed some new knee pads and purchased a different style. These weren't working well, slipping to the side, so I contacted support. We reviewed the work environment I'm in and they sent a different pair to try. The new pair worked perfectly.
I also have they're apron which I like for it's sturdiness, the strapping, and pockets.
The protection glasses work well over my regular glasses without fogging my glasses. Great products. Great service.
