NoCry Customer Service

NoCry products and their people are the best. I worked with Taylor on an issue I created by not reviewing my order closely enough and he went above and beyond to help me at lightening speed. Just blew me away. I won’t be looking elsewhere for gloves. This type of customer service is worth more to me than any little price differences that could possibly exist from what is probably an inferior product to begin with. Thank you Taylor!

Excellent company

I was bought a moisture meter from this company, which worked very well and had many useful options, however one of the top pins snapped off. Whether that was due to my poor technique in use or potentially a fault within the plastic case, I sent a message regardless to let them know. Instant response and very helpful from this company who were happy to help and also sent a replacement which was just as good as my other one. I will be less harsh in my technique using this tool, but I will be certain to buy from these again.

Great company to order from

Great company to order from. I ordered the wrong goggles to use with the snow blower and the company replaced them with the correct ones at no charge despite it being our fault. We did not realize the ones ordered would not go over prescription glasses. They were very prompt and efficient with their service. I highly recommend this company.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! My charger for my power screwdriver (that is a discontinued item) quit working. I sent a message to the company to see if it was possible to get a replacement. They happen to have a couple of chargers in stock and sent me a brand new one for free!

Great company, and kid's sizes!

I think this may be the only place that has kid's sizes in cut-resistant gloves. I have small hands with short fingers, so it's very hard to get gloves that fit - especially cut-resistant gloves. Their customer service was friendly with great advice, and the glove fits great and works great. I couldn't be happier!

the company is honset trustful

When i wrote into the company the first thing they asked me was an address to ship me new replacements.Then they asked for pictures and how the damage happened also for a order number which i did not have as it was a gift to me.So did you notice what the first thing was Where can they send the replacement set to. I haven't used them yet, but...

I haven't used them yet, but here are my first impressions. 5 stars for quick delivery. One star for misleading information about the origin of the knee pads I purchased. I was given the impression that they are manufactured in Estonia in a family run business. When I received them I discovered that they are made in China. I am not pleased.

sometimes my knees slip around a little…

sometimes my knees slip around a little in the knee pads and its a little uncomfy when the straps dig into my skin behind my knees, but my knees do feel 1,000x better since wearing them at work and the website was easy to use which made ordering them quick and simple

The item that I purchased did not fit my prescription glasses frame. The safety glasses were small for my prescription glasses. The safety glasses did not fit over my glasses.
