I’ve had a great experience with Nodecraft hosting my FiveM server. Performance has been smooth and reliable, and their support team is quick to respond and very helpful. Pricing is fair for what you get.

The only minor downsides are the download process, which takes a few extra steps, and a UI that can feel a bit cluttered especially when searching folders. Other than that, no real complaints. I’d definitely recommend Nodecraft.

I’ve used a lot of game server hosts, and Nodecraft is one of the very few that actually feels like it was built by people who play games instead of accountants who fear fun.
The control panel is clean, fast, and genuinely intuitive. You are not fighting the UI just to restart a server or install mods. Everything is where you expect it to be, and when it is not, Support is there to help! (and in under 20 mins :) That alone deserves applause.
Performance has been rock solid. Low latency, consistent uptime, and zero mystery lag spikes. Whether you are running vanilla, heavily modded, or swapping between games, Nodecraft handles it without drama. Their OneClick installs make spinning up or changing servers stupidly easy, in the best possible way.
Customer support is where they really flex. Responses are fast, human, and actually helpful. No copy paste scripts. No “have you tried turning it off and on” energy. Just competent people who know what they are doing and want your server to work.
I also love that they clearly care about the community. Regular updates, transparent communication, and features that feel like they were requested by real users instead of invented in a boardroom.
Bottom line: Nodecraft is reliable, powerful, and refreshingly stress free. If you want a game server host that just works and does not waste your time, this is it. Five stars, zero rage quitting.

Great pricing and great service whenever I needed help. I had lost my world because I had changed my installer and I needed help getting it back so I sent a message through the built-in service panel. Almost instantly an employee, Lottie, responded ready to help. After some trial and error, I got my world back and Lottie did a great job of helping, being patient, and being positive. 100% 5-star service and great pricing for the servers. Give this girl a raise!

Good relible server at a good price point custumer service was helpful, nice and quick to awnser . Got a refund after i accidently forgot to cancle will definitely be back when the need arises.

Cameron helped me so much with my issue regarding a Steam workshop problem. I thought that I was going crazy because I worked for days and days to fix the issue, and turns out that I was doing everything right all along. Thank you!! I highly recommend the help

Really great customer service. I like the UI and they make it easy to do file transfers. I host a Don’t Starve Together server - other sites make you pay for two servers (one for Master, one for Caves) but Nodecraft integrates and makes everything seamless. They have good docs too. Absolutely love them.

Wonderful customer service when I'm having an issue (of my own doing... on accident) and gets things fixed up super fast and are super friendly. I'm also impressed how I've only once been disconnected because of my really bad internet connection unlike Realms where I was lucky to go ten minutes without disconnecting.

The staff's service was very prompt and accurate.

Tech and me dont work Nodcraft fixes that! I find the bugs that only .01% will have but they are able to fix them and fast!

In the past I've tried many hosting services. Nodecraft stands out to me because of its great control panels and its lightning fast support. I've personally used Nodecraft Servers for Eco, Minecraft, Terraria and Project Zomboid - each heavily modded - and never had a problem. Whenever I had a question, support stepped up immediately to help. 5/5 would host a server here again anytime :)

Support is extremely helpful! A bit short on support crew but it helps out. Wish i could use this service but it doesnt meet my needs.

Nodecraft support is genuinely immaculate. They have gone above and beyond numerous times to help me with the most random issues I have with my servers.
