The bag took 2 weeks to arrive. It is cheap looking - like something you could buy at Walmart for $10. You could find something 5x better on Amazon for $20. Do NOT waste your time and money on this bag. Also, if you want to return it (though their website address and phone number is in Wyoming) - you will need to spend a minimum of $35 to return it to China.
I placed an order and was given an estimated delivery date. The UPS tracking they sent, had not updated information for days. When I tried to contact them and ask for their help, they told me I would have to file a claim with the u=insurance (that I paid for by the way) as it was not their responsibility if I didnt receive my package. When trying to file a claim, the link they sent just takes me back to their website so I can "buy it again"!!! they have not been at all helpful and so now I am out of $250 with nothing to show for. They dont take any resposibility. Will NEVER buy from them again and unless you have the time to be doing your own research on where you product is, dont buy from them.
I’ve been buying from the brand for few years and I love their leggings.
I have multiple pairs of leggings from here, a few bras and some cute crop jackets. I do love the look and style of these but they are poorly made and seem to fade really quickly, especially for the price. The last two pairs I bought were my favourite but BOTH ripped all along the seam. I reached out customer support and have never heard back. As a loyal customer I really expected more, seems like this brand is getting cheaper and cheaper. Save your money and go elsewhere and buy better quality leggings that don’t rip within the first week of getting them.
They are unresponsive on a return. When I ordered the leggings, it did not state it was a closeout item. The leggings don’t fit, and I wanted to return them or exchange them for a different size and they’re saying I can’t. I would never have ordered anything online that I would not be able to return if it didn’t fit and yet I get no response from them, you can still order these items online and it states nowhere that it’s a closeout item. They’re continually selling it.
I have now ordered 3 sets of leggings and 1 pair of shorts from this company. The quality and fit are amazing! Highly recommend.
