Strict return policy. I do not recommend.
If the shoes do not work for you, be sure to follow the return policy exactly. You are required to pay for return shipping, and if the company determines the return does not meet their standards, you may also be asked to pay to have the shoes shipped back to you. This makes trying the shoes at home a fairly expensive risk.
The customer service experience was disappointing and not particularly supportive. The product description on the website was not detailed enough to help determine whether the shoes would be a good fit or suitable for my needs. As a result, I ordered them hoping they would work—but they did not.
Between the unclear product information and the strict, costly return process, the overall experience was frustrating. I do not recommend this company, and I will not shop here again.

Not very customerfriendly
Would not recommend Noirfonce as their return policy and procedure are unclear and cumbersome. Lots of effort to return a product only to find out that this was pretty expensive. This is not mentioned anywhere so had to email to find out how it works. They also state that returns can only be done after careful consideration of the environment. As a webshop, this has all the traits of greenwashing.
