Great if you don’t mind waiting weeks
The good news is that Noirfonce had the shoes I wanted for a Christmas present. The bad news is that it took 3.5 weeks to arrive and my close family member received their gift well after Christmas 😡.
Norfonce will say that it was UPS’s fault, but it took me a whole week and having to speak to 3 or 4 different people to get them to identify the issue (why the package was being held in customs) and take action to submit the right paperwork.
The team is always lovely and polite but they need to learn more about how to deal with international shipments.

Missing Holder and No Gift Packaging
The ball itself is nice, but the overall experience was disappointing. The holder that was supposed to be included in the parcel was missing, the box arrived damaged, and there was no Christmas packaging despite paying extra for it.
