There's no way in hell this website has a 4.1 star rating. I won a measley 200$ the other night and went to redeem it and wouldn't ya know they limit your redeems to one per day. I chose the PayPal redemption and I'm not a hater so I will be honest that it went thru quickly, BUT ONLY 25$!!! then when I get back on the site to see what happened it says "redemption limited to 25 per award rule 7" which basically says they can take our winnings from us at their sole discretion. What a joke. If y'all are broke and can't get by just say that. Keep doing this crap to people and you won't have to worry about it anymore cuz word will spread quick and you won't have any customers hopefully it happens soon like today would be nice lol broke a$$ bums

This site used to be a lot better. Lately, they've been pulling some shady antics. Like promotions they run through Facebook messenger. I have ran into several instances where I enter the promo code, and it pops up the promo offer. I click on it, and it takes me to the store splash screen, every single time. I message support and they tell me you have to click on the link thay pops up. Which I do, and again it takes me to the generic store splash screen. I show screenshots of the redemption, and it's listed in my promotions list. However, they won't honor it. Even though it's a mistake on their end. The hyperlinks are broken. It's unethical, and a classic bait and switch tactic. It takes you to the store in hopes you'll just buy a different package since you're already there. Them not honoring their own promotions seconds after activating it is ridiculous and shady. I have had success with the free play, and instant SC gifts, but the store promotions never materialize. I have given this site numerous opportunities to rectify these issues, and they fail time and time again. They do honor redemptions, and decently fast. They just fail at their promotions. Which is a large part of social sweepstakes casinos. If your promotions are broken, what else is?
Post edit: It just happened again. This is now 10 times, and I'm dkne with this site.
Edit: As stated, your support is unwilling to honor the promotions. I have spent many hours with your useless support. They don't honor it, and I message within seconds of the issues. Your site is garbage

I wish the amount of time it takes to recieve your withdrawl was always the same. I never know when im going to recieve it. I win all the time but it does glitch out on me or tell me im restricted because of where i live even tho i dont reside in one of the restricted states.
