NoLimitCoins is by far my favorite online casino to play at. They have a wide variety of games to play, I never get board bouncing around from game to game. I win here alot more than a few other places that I play at. I never have to wait long for my cash out to go back on my card. And one more thing. If I ever have a problem with anything the staff has always been very polite and very helpful to my needs. The customer service is outstanding. The only thing I think could be improved is more sc on the daily wheel. Otherwise I think NoLimit is Fantastic!!!

Beware! I was so excited I finally won $100! Apparently though, I had started with some promotional free spins and won a few dollars. But after that, I played several other games and got to $50. I was going to redeem out for a gift card, but the next day, I changed my mind. I decided to keep playing to see if I could get my balance up to $100, the minimum for a cash redemption. I finally did! Today when I went to see if the redemption had been done, it was, but only $25?! When I checked the reason, according to their Rule 7, you can't win and redeem any amounts > $25 from a promotional balance or win?! So, although I'd won $100, the maximum amount I could receive was $25!! No other online casino I play does this! And it's ridiculous! You give me free spins or free SC, so I'll visit your site, correct?! But because I won from your promotional gift, I'm penalized, in this case $75?! Does this sound like an online casino that cares about it's players?! No, it does not! They're eager to take my hard earned money though and then I don't win a penny! Why would I continue to do that then?! I won't and I'm done with No Limit Coins! Because apparently, there IS a limit, and it's $25!!
P.S. So their reply is they do this to maintain fairness and to keep their "social" casino a fun place to play?! Yeah, right! I’ve been a loyal customer for years, site WAS good… til this last year or so
I’ve been a loyal customer for years up until recently was great, but now here’s a few things going on which I most definitely have been trying to tell customer service about but been getting blown off. By the way, customer service even if it says it’s a person is an AI persona. So in the last 24 hours alone couldn’t click on my favorite game because it was showing up as a different game, couldn’t use my $10 credit on the game. I wanted to use because it was a gift and I could only play certain games, apparently, so once I did play it through and I got the credits I could use on my favorite game it wouldn’t load, then when I finally got it to load and I hit the bonus and I got a notification saying I got the Asian jackpot to pick my lanterns to decide which link jackpot I would’ve gotten out of that Asian jackpot however it wouldn’t load whenever I hit to choose my prize and the bonus I won on Fortune fish still won’t load. I’ve sent screenshots in showing the problems I wasted hours today on it and still I’m getting the same answer to try a different browser clear my cookies, blah blah blah even though I have a screenshot showing that it is not my problem. It is the website it’s almost like it has been hacked because I also got a message today saying my account was locked in to get a hold of customer service despite it not being locked. It said I couldn’t make any transactions but customer service said there is no problems and this is not the first time that’s happened. I’ve literally wasted all day on this only to get brushed aside until the tech will follow up on an email however, that never happens literally never happens.. They refuse to admit any issues with their website ever, they will tell you it’s your phone or your browser, if you get a notification saying you want a jackpot, you better hurry up and click on it and make sure it loads because if it doesn’t then tough luck, they won’t give it to you., they treat me like I’m a liar or making up stuff they don’t treat me like a loyal customer. This is absolutely the worst website I have ever played on. The only reason I still play on them is because they are quick to pay out once you get them to pay you out like four or five times but I’m losing money big time because of the time and insults I’ve had to take during this whole smorgasbord of chaos. It’s definitely not worth it. Don’t waste your money on it because that’s all it is is a waste of money, a frustration a nightmare, and frankly a huge insult. I would almost rather have them just mug me and take my money versus what they’ve done this way and how they’ve done it if I could sue them, I would.

There's no way in hell this website has a 4.1 star rating. I won a measley 200$ the other night and went to redeem it and wouldn't ya know they limit your redeems to one per day. I chose the PayPal redemption and I'm not a hater so I will be honest that it went thru quickly, BUT ONLY 25$!!! then when I get back on the site to see what happened it says "redemption limited to 25 per award rule 7" which basically says they can take our winnings from us at their sole discretion.
