My service has been out for going on 3 days. I have tried repeatedly to contact anyone in this company and have gotten zero responses. chat, phone # various emails. all are ignored.

The internet is good when it is working, but when it is not working (which is constantly) this company is horrible to deal with. Customer service is extremely slow to respond and same thing with getting the internet back up and running. Ive had to have 3 modems replaced in less than 4 months due to faulty modems. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE!
They actually need to have *0* stars. Phone never works. Every time power goes out, they need to replace the modem. Won't send a new modem until you send the old one back .... after spending 3 days with support for them to say, "oh, you need a new modem" Then don't refund you for the days you were without service.

Service just stopped working. Contacted tech support. They said we needed a new modem, our modem was out of date. Tech support informed us that we needed to talk to customer service. Have not been able to get ahold of them. Left messages and sent emails. Still no answer and it has been over a month now since we lost service. Was also auto billed during this time for service.
To many things wrong with this company to mention them all. But the last thing is they owe me a refund for the last month I paid for but had no service. It's worth the 130.00 dollars they owe me to get the HELL away from them!
Their service sucks, router doesn’t work half the time, they keep sending replacement SIM cards and I followed all the instructions but system still doesn’t work. I have had problems for 2 months and they will not send a replacement router. I pay $170 a month for their services and it it money wasted.
Something happened where they had to make a change to my service. I kindly tried to part ways with them but then my modem got black listed and when I tried to get help they stopped responding
They suck!!! Worst customer service ever. Ull regret subscribing!
My service is repeatedly out. They will not answer or return calls but the are sure to charge the monthly rate on time.

It rolls to a voice mail which is not responded to.
Their answering message says for faster service send an email.
My emails were not timely responded to.
The only support contact was via a chat app where the customer service representatives were apparently serving so many customers that they could not respond timely or didn’t care about the customer.
I pay over $100 Dollars a month for services that regularly fail from buffering timeouts.
This is internet service that is shoddy at best.
Streaming content fails more often than not while trying to buffer;
my service crawls whenever there is a storm on the east coast;
my location is reported to shopping sites as North Carolina which is wrong; and
streaming services such as HBOMax and YouTubeTV regularly fail due to timeouts.
The customer support service at NoLimitData is laughable as
they do not answer the phone,
they do not timely respond to voicemail,
they do not timely respond to email,
they rely on chat from their website where they work many customers simultaneously, and
They do not address the issue or communicate with their customer.
If you want to be disrespected and degraded because your internet doesn’t work and you seek a solution only to be told we will reset your account and you should reboot your modem only to continue to experience the same shoddy service then NoLimitData is for you.
We have had their Blue Plan for $130.00 a month since Sept. 2021 and we are very satisfied. It is the best we can get out here in the woods of central Fl. The speeds are good, and the ping is around 60ms. When gaming my ping is usually around 80ms. So it is fast and reliable overall. We have some congestion issues in the area at certain times of day, but not a deal breaker. The family that runs this small business actually cares about their customers and stive to be better than these large coporations.
Had their service for a year and then internet quit. Was paying $100 a month . They they told me needed new sim card and the price was going up to $130. Got new sim card and told it would be activated by end of day . And the next day talking to them they said sim card not valid. So got the correct sim card they they say it should be activated in 24 to 48 hours. Then I went to 72 hours . Done with them. Ridiculously slow response with this matter. But prompt and fast to take your money every month.
The company is slow to respond to customer technical issues. When they do respond, the issues are not resolved in a reasonable time. They bill through ACH so you pay whether your servicd is active or not. Your only recourse is to terminate membership after spending several hundred dollars. It seems they make their money making promises for reliable services they cannot deliver. They have made their money when you sign up so they dont seem to care about retaining customers. Typical company sticking it to people who need internet service during this crisis.
Unreliable service. Service was down for days and they blamed their upstream provider for a bad update that somehow magically hosed my SIM card. After 3 days of being told it would be up within 24 hours I was told it would be another 4-6 days.
STAY AWAY!
Before I had selected one of their hotspot plans, I emailed questions and received answers in a fairly timely way. Once I decided to purchase a plan, the Pink Plan, support helped every step of the way to getting up and running.
The internet service has been superb ever since.
