Super watch

Super watch, Nomadic are amazing watch makers and I’m delighted to have one of their fine timepieces in my collection. In recent years I have focused on buying from Britain and Ireland. So glad I now have a Nomadic. Peter is an amazing example of all that is good about top class watches. Many thanks

Great watches, great team

This is a small team dedicated to producing quality watches. They are friendly, knowledgeable, happy to share their expertise and discuss your requirements.
I bought a Fior 555 with black / yellow bezel and it is now my daily wear. It looks terrific on bracelet and works really well with leather or rubber straps. It frequently attracts comments and the fact that it is ‘built in Belfast’ is a conversation point when I’m abroad.

True taste of Belfast hospitality

Ever since I've got my Nomadic Mari I've been telling everyone just how amazing my experience was. The staff where beyond helpful going above and beyond to accommodate me. They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The new shop is worth going to just to see the design with the ability to see how the watches are made. You can see the craftsmanship first hand. It's really lovely to have something no matter where I go in the world remind me of home and be proud to show it off. And if you do decide to buy a watch best of all you get a complimentary glass of whiskey and a nerd out over a truly wonderful piece of work.

First time to Belfast

I visited Belfast for the first time this year. I am a watch guy and love unique watches. So naturally Nomadic caught my attention. I visited their boutique and bought a GMT that I fell in love with to commemorate my trip to Ireland. When I returned home I got on the website and saw the blacked out Marai dive watch and ordered that one too. Came from Ireland to west coast of United States in less than a week. The attention to detail and symbolism of the colors, dials, and case backs are really awesome. Service is top notch and so far the quality is amazing for the price of these watches. Very happy with Nomadic.

Like a warm pub light in my Spirit…

Recently moved to Dublin and a new friend turned me on to these stunning watches. I was immediately drawn to the Marai 401, in green and drank some whiskey and ordered it. It arrived within two days and I couldn’t be happier. Honestly. I have several, what I would consider to be “nice watches,” and this has instantly become my favorite. The fit, the feel, the quality, and the mystical feel of local hands making and sending it this way have turned a warm pub light on in my spirit. Can’t wait to jump into the Irish Sea off of the forty foot wearing this sweet piece. Happy to be a part of the Nomadic family. Gonna make the journey to Belfast soon and stop in to say Hello! Thank you friends!

The best watch company out there

I got in touch with a member of the crew at Nomadic a few weeks before I visited Belfast to arrange to pick up my watch in person. The representative that I spoke to made this transaction incredibly easy, and even helped me to get my watch sized up in store completely free (Upon collection). This entire experience was done very efficiently, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Upon entering the store, it had a uniqueness about it, and a lot of thought had clearly gone into how they wanted to design the watch shop using mainly the history of Belfast as a starting point.

Overall the entire experience was unmatched, and I definitely think that the likes of other watch companies, if not other companies in general, could clearly learn a few things from.

High quality fit and finish

The buying experience was great! Very easy! The best part was the quality. The finish on the watch was fantastic. Has a very high quality feel and finish. Couldn’t be more happy with my Turas! Definitely will not be my last Nomatic watch.

Buy with confidence and watch time go by.

I had been keeping an eye on Nomadic Watches more or less from they first appeared on the scene, but held back just to see how they would progress as a brand and a product. I was delighted to watch them grow from strength to strength and the product range increase.
Two weeks ago I decided to take the plunge and make a purchase. I spent quite a bit of time browsing their website, looking at the different models and eventually made my mind up that the Marai 401 in the Prestige range with deep ocean blue dial and bezel was the one for me. Although, I would leave myself open to a change of mind when I had opportunity to see them up close and personal.
Anyway, off to Belfast I went, using my Senior Smart Pass on the train. At least I would get something for free.
I was greeted by Alex on arrival. She introduced herself as the store manager, a very pleasant young lady she is. Alex facilitated me with a number of watches to look at and try on. After having seen my first choice I also had a look at the Turas, but the Maraí for me just stood out. The 18ct gold PVD bracelet and gold on the bezel made the blue really pop out.
The whole story of the watch I find fascinating. 401 is a rwfer3nce to the Titanic as that was the number assigned to it during the construction phase. The yellow second hand being a nod and a wink to the twin cranes of Belfast Shipyard, the propeller rotor on the automatic winding system is a quirky touch and keeps it true to theme.
I also had done my research on the movement used in these watches. Nomadic install the Sellita SW200-1 self winding movement. This has been described on other forums as a time tested workhorse of Swiss watch engineering. It has been used by numerous brands down the years.
The case and bracelet are 316L stainless steel and as I have said, my model also has the centre links coated with 18ct PVD gold.
There is also a micro glide adjuster on the clasp, a very handy feature indeed.
The watch has already recieved compliments from some friends. When viewed in the outdoors the Maraí 401 looks stunning. It is very comfortable on the wrist and has been calibrated to a high degree of accuracy.
One of the things I enjoyed when visiting the store was to see the watches being built on the premises. It gives you confidence, knowing these are quality items, built right here in Northern Ireland.
Buy Nomadic Watches with confidence and sit back and watch time go by.

Nomadic Turas 914

I can’t recall how I found Nomadic in my search for a new daily work watch (construction industry). Having been a proud owner of Breitling’s for over 20 years, I’ve also had a fair share of costly repair bills. But gives some idea of the quality I’m looking for.

So this watch is set to be my official daily. Nomadic appear to be a fairly ‘new to the market company’, so a spend of 1K is a bit of a dice roll, but I do like to back an underdog.
I ordered the Turas 914 in black ice, and I have to say, the finish is more amazing in hand than in the pictures. And on that subject, I did trawl YouTube and google to find reviews or videos before ordering. It became apparent that the first edition faced some critique over the hand lengths and a few other points. Nomadic have responded with this 2025 edition. Absolute perfection in my eyes. The colours, contrasting yellow seconds hand, very sharp and accurate dial text, dial font is an absolute win to me. The rotor wouldn’t be out of place on any high end watch, it’s beautiful to look at. Lume is fantastic. Hand placement and alignment is bang on. It’s so refreshing to see a company not only listen to feedback, but come back with an edition that absolutely nails it at this price point. What a fantastic explorer style watch with some great nods to Irish history in the mix.

I sincerely hope that Nomadic continues its journey to becoming a more renowned and successful company, because so far they seem to be doing everything right and are worthy of your attention.

Fior quality at Nomadic

I’ve just retired and when my work colleagues contacted my wife to enquire about a leaving gift there was one answer - a watch from Nomadic. I have the best colleagues!
I’ve loved watches for ever but didn’t know until recently that a range of quality watches was being produced in my home town.
I’ve just received my Fíor 555 ( shipyard yellow). You don’t appreciate how good these watches are until you start to wear them !
This watch rivals any other brand I own in terms of quality and blows them all away in terms of personal meaning. For me this is the perfect gift and the experience of visiting Nomadic in person and meeting the team was extra special- go see them if you’re in Belfast !
If you’re looking for something different, with meaning and quality- think about one of these watches !

Turas 914 Upgrade

I've owned a Turas 914 for around 6 months now. I loved the watch, but the hands were a bit short for myself. I reached out to Nomadic to explain, they were more than happy to change the hands to a longer set, I also explained about the rotor being plain. They explained to me that they are bringing out a version 2 of this watch and would be happy to free of charge also install this rotor.

What I didn't realise was the lengths they went to to upgrade my watch, new hands, new rotor and an upgraded case.

I can't thank all of them enough for everything they have done. The customer service, the level of work, the price of everything is literally second to none.

My already beautiful watch is now an absolute perfect gada watch.
