Jerseys are acceptable quality for £50 and I have has several compliments on the jersey. The fit is snug/aero fit, for example I am slim and normally wear a large and the size large jersey is a tight... See more

Did a full moon night ride last weekend wearing the Obsidian black jersey. Reflective strips actually picked up car lights from distance. Felt safer than expected for dark riding. Combined with proper lights obviously but the jersey contributed. Nomad Velo thinks about all riding conditions not just sunny weekend spins.
I ordered a 2XL jersey from Nomad Vélo. When it arrived, it was significantly smaller than the measurements listed on their own size chart — not by a small margin, but across all key dimensions (chest and length all fell 5–6 cm short of the advertised specs).
This is not a sizing preference issue. The product simply does not match what is published on their website.
Despite raising this multiple times with their customer service — including providing exact measurements — they refused to issue a full refund without me paying international return shipping from Belgium to China (€30–40+), which is disproportionate to the order value. Their only alternatives were a 15% partial refund or a discount code for a future purchase. Neither is an adequate remedy for a non-conforming product.
For European customers: be aware that if something goes wrong, returning items to China at your own cost makes their return policy effectively unusable. Their customer service is polite but will not deviate from a script.
Buy with caution.
I ordered 2 shirts and 2 pants. after 10 days the package came but only one shirt was in it. i'm still missing the shirt and the 2 pants that i ordered and payed. sounds strange that it would be like it gets shippend with more than one package. the shirt i have at home is in a great quality so i hope the missing part of the order will reach me in the next days!
Raced competitively for 15 years, now casual rider. Seen a lot of cycling kit in my time. Nomad Velo quality compares favorably to brands I wore when sponsored. Different league from supermarket cycling gear. If you're serious about riding, this is minimum standard you should accept.
Weird thing to mention but the jersey lines create respectable tan lines. Sleeves end at a sensible point. No awkward mid-bicep farmer tan. Nomad Velo clearly designed by people who actually ride in summer. The details matter when you're spending hours in the sun.
Wore to a professional bike fit session. The fitter commented that my jersey fit properly which helps with accurate measurements. Baggy or ill-fitting kit can throw off bike fit results apparently. Nomad Velo aero fit works for technical stuff not just looking good.
Accidentally washed jersey on hot cycle with towels. Thought it would be ruined. Came out fine somehow. Slightly miracle honestly. Not recommending this treatment but speaks to durability. Nomad Velo survived my stupidity. Now I follow care instructions properly obviously.
Do not go anywhere near these Stammers.after 2 weeks of non shipment they refuse a refund by saying your order is being processed!
This seems to be their go to excuse for non delivery, I have now taken this to PayPal to be resolved, You have been ward!
Did some serious alpine climbs in the Dolomites last summer. The jerseys handle temperature changes from valley heat to summit cold really well. No embarrassing sweat patches in cafe photos at the top. Nomad Velo fabric adapts to conditions better than expected. Proper mountain cycling gear.
Seems to be a scam. I ordered more than two weeks ago and it still says „awaiting shippment. I wrote two emails to the „support“ which have been ignored so far…
Sadly this is not a good service or can be recommended
Still waiting for my order made April 11.
Wore my Nomad Velo kit for a 100-mile charity ride last month. Comfortable for the full distance, looked smart in finish line photos. Several people asked where I got the jersey. Good conversation starter while raising money for good cause. Nomad Velo represented well.
Followed the care instructions properly and gear still looks new after 8 months. Cold wash, no tumble dry, inside out. Takes bit more effort but worth it. Some people complain about durability but usually they're throwing stuff in hot wash. Do it right and Nomad Velo lasts.
I placed an order (NV21521) and was told it would be dispatched within 3–6 days. It has now been weeks with no dispatch and no real update.
Despite multiple follow-ups, every response has been the same — "we are awaiting an update from our department." No concrete date, no alternative offered, no real communication. Just copy-paste replies.
I formally requested a cancellation and refund, which was refused on the grounds that the order is "being processed" — yet they cannot tell me when it will actually ship. These two things cannot both be true.
I understand delays happen. What is not acceptable is the complete lack of transparency and the feeling that you are simply being strung along. I would not recommend ordering from this company until they improve their communication and fulfilment process.
STAY AWAY!!! Just another Chinese scam page. They are pushing spring and summer collections, but can't deliver. They have shipped 1 out of 3 items, but have withdrawn the full order amount from my credit card.
Scam! I returned one item to my expenses to the given address IN CHINA (!)and tracked the parcel. It couldn’t be delivered ,no one was there. I have informed customer support and all they do is send stupid email templates. Waiting for my refund, will get a lawyer involved 🤬
I originally gave this company a 1 star review based on the fact that I didn’t receive the jersey I ordered for weeks and was refused a refund or cancellation. I didn’t appear to me that Nomad Velo were abiding by distance selling regulations by refusing to cancel my order prior to shipping it and refusing a refund. I was chased by up by Trustpilot several times after Nomad Velo flagged my 1 star review as being false. What I will now say is that the jersey eventually arrived and it’s very nice thanks. Fits lovely and looks great. It’s just a shame that it took so long to be shipped and that Nomad Velos customer services, whilst polite, never seem to fully address any issues. Would I buy from them again. Probably not based on my first experience. The gear is fine but the time it takes to ship and the poor customer service isn’t worth the hassle.
Tried a few budget cycling brands before landing on Nomad Velo. The difference is noticeable. Stitching doesn't come apart, zippers don't jam, fabric doesn't bobble after washing. Slightly more expensive than the cheapest options but the durability makes it worthwhile. False economy buying cheaper stuff honestly.
This company is on point compared to other companies. I will always order my gear from this company. Keep up the good work!!!!!
Started wearing the brighter jerseys on group rides and definitely more visible to the pack. On fast descents people can track where I am easier. Safety bonus I didnt think about when ordering. The lime Sublime jersey practically glows. Nomad Velo accidentally made me safer.
