Dont use this company - shocking!!
Purchased an XL cycle top in August as really like the design online. Took ages (5weeks) to arrive only to be very poor quality and very very small. Never had such a small XL top in my 15+ years cycling. Decided to return it. What an absolute waste if time!! The process to return was an absolute faff! The company took ages to respond to provide me with the return paper work to get a refund. When they did and it was sent to China I had to chase 6 weeks later when they said they hadn't received the return. I write this review 4 months later and 25 emails to the company with them fobbing me off saying its not thier fault and they haven't received the parcel.
Please anyone don't use this company.
There are so many more cycle brands out there that provide better quality items with significantly better customer service.

Short-sleeve jersey optimized for hot weather
In my city, it is usually very hot all year round. I bought this brand to try it out, and the fabric is really lightweight and very breathable, offering good performance even at temperatures above 30°C. I believe I have been scammed reading…
I believe I have been scammed reading some previous reviews and comments. Placed an order few days back and status is still 'awaiting shipment'.... it's not high season nor any particular custom-made product. Even worse, I sent them an email asking on a status quo, being ignored so far. So watch out and once more lesson learned, opt more for renomed and costly brands but at least they are professional and deliver as per their online shop advertising.

I placed order no NV21074 on October 20th. I have emailed and dm on IG asking for an update , only to be completely fobbed off with replies saying someone will reply soon ! I have asked for a refund but ignored.. every date they tell me my order will ship passes without an update. Obviously a total scam... do not order from them

Acceptable quality but returns are a nightmare
Jerseys are acceptable quality for £50 and I have has several compliments on the jersey. The fit is snug/aero fit, for example I am slim and normally wear a large and the size large jersey is a tight/race fit on me.
The problem has been with customer service on trying to return the XL size I also bought. It has been sent back to China where it has been stuck in customs for over 5 weeks. Although this is not the fault of the company per se, they were extremely unhelpful in assisting with the return and it was very diffiult to obtain basic information such as receiver tax code despite asking multiple times. The email responses I did receive appeared to be automated responses and I think on most occasions I was not talking with a real person

Dreadful company
Dreadful company. Ordered a medium. Almost a month to arrive. Then the jersey was an extra small. Now I have to send it to China and pay the postage to get a refund. Don't touch this crowd. By the way the tops are 100% polyester. Not good for £49.99.
Let me reiterate. I paid £44.99 for a top that was not a medium as ordered. As regards the quality I would have been happy to accept a size that's fits. Ultimately I was forced to pay postage £12.80 to send to CHINA. I await my refund so even if they give me my refund I end up £12.80 worse off.
DREADFUL COMPANY. IMO
I sent the jersey back to China. Then sent proof to them that they received it on 18Oct. Today 7thNov still no refund. Why?

This company appears to be a scam or one of those companies I’ve encountered before that appear to be based in the UK or Europe, but are not. It takes forever to send the item and then when the item is cheap and nasty it's virtually impossible to return and get a refund.
My order after 3 weeks still not dispatched and apparently does not exist when trying to track package. Avoid this company!

Cheap and nasty product and service
Although I did eventually get my cycling jersey it took over 4 weeks to arrive and then only after several prompting to their customer service. They do respond quickly to add legitimacy but they are not far short of scammers. The price is cheap but the quality isn't very good plus their size guide is really inaccurate. I ordered an XL (normally with other providers I am an X) but the jersey arrived and would just about fit a medium size male. They then asked me to pay and send the item back to China in order to get a refund, even though this item was dispatched from Cannock in the UK. They offer no free returns.
I would definitely not recommend Nomad Velo as its a cheap and nasty product and service. You are better off going to someone more reputable even if you have to pay a bit more.
