Worst company ever to deal with!!! I can not believe they are still in business and have not been shut down.

My experience was horrible. I waited 1-1/2 months for my product. Once received, it wasn't as described, didn't fit and was totally unnatural. I requested a refund, per their 100% guarantee, only to have them inform me that I would have to send this back to the Netherlands, pay for the cost of shipping and would only receive 20% of my purchase price! What a scam!

I placed an order back in November and paid in full about a week or two later they notified me that the color is not in stock at that time I reselected a new color and when I did that they asked for payment so I may emailed her back and told her the color I wanted and told her that they want payment at that point I told her to ship it but I also asked her if it was real hair she never replied back to me. The order was never shipped I have emailed her about 10 times if not more maybe 12 times nothing has ever been resolved I've told her at least five times to ship the product never has she shipped it she's not answering me and then she has the gall to when she emails me to say I'm so happy that I could help she has not helped in the least bit she has not resolved anything she doesn't answer my questions I've asked her to ship it I've asked her to confirm the tracking number the shipment she told me it takes 7 to 10 days I told her at that point okay ship it again she hasn't done anything she doesn't even answer she's had my money for over a month and nothing is resolved I've never been so frustrated not only have I not gotten the product she doesn't even answer me and if she does she always says I'm so glad I could help I'm infuriated Don't buy from this company.

I ordered the correct size in leggings, size women M per their sizing chart, and the product looks like it is for a little girl. Then when I wanted to return the product, they told me I had to pay for the return. They have the worst customer service. Never buying anything from them.

Great quality item. Packaged nicely and perfect fit.

I bought a snail lamp from them. I bought it dec 10th before Christmas and paid extra for speedy delivery. Didn't get it until Jan 4th. The pictures online were very pretty and cool. What I got was NOTHING like the picture. It was horrible. I paid 90$ for a piece of sh!t broken cheap lamp. I would never recommend anyone buy anything from them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I would give them zero stars if I had the option. They will overcharge you and send you something totally different than what you bought. This company should be ashamed of themselves! I wished I had read the other reviews before purchasing a “Tiffany” lamp from this company. I thought I was buying a beautiful Tiffany style table lamp for $70. What I got was a 6 inch plastic nightlight that looked like something you could buy at the dollar store. When I reached out for a refund, they told me I could ship it back at my expense – which would’ve cost me a fortune sending it to the Netherlands – or get 30% back and keep the item. They got $50 out of me for this Plastic piece of crap! This company is an absolute scam and should be put out of business!!

Do not do not do not purchase anything from these folks. Bait and switch and absolutely horrible return policy. Had to go through my bank for 6 months back and forth to get a resolution to a scam dispute. But I got my money back! Pass the word! Do not use these folks. Photos do not match items coming to your mailbox. And forget making a return!! Unless you want to spend more for return postage than the items are worth! Total farce.

I received a sweater with material & cut completely different from the pictures; It was very very cheap, not even worth 1/10 of the price it charged;
Their website(as of 11/29/24) said "COOLING-OFF PERIOD OF 14-days" policy after receiving shipment, so I trusted & waited 14 days before trying to ship it back; About 14 days later (12/18)I received an email(How did they even know I was going to return???) from them asking if satisfied but soon after my reply, they said 14 days are just up so I've just passed the return period!

I bought a facial toning device which does not work and which gave me little shocks on my face. I am trying to get a refund but they tell me they will only give me 30% of the price, and I must pay postage to Norway. It was mailed from NY State . I am complaining and will report them to the Norwegian, Consumer Council or some name like “Forbrukerradet”if I don’t get any satisfaction.

Very cheap product, should have researched further. Also their return policy is horrendous, you can read it online. $250 fee to return them! Insane. I decided to spend the money and bought good quality boots on Duckfeet.

Buyer beware. NOT REAL leather or wool. Beyond CHEAP. If I can give a negative star I would. Free returns...you pay postage to the Netherlands, it triple the cost of the boots.

Garbage products! I should have known, can’t believe I fell for this one. It’ll come from China and it won’t be what you thought you were ordering.

Very bad and cheap products. Image and description will fool you into buying but DONT. Go elsewhere and save yourself headaches and hustle and of course your money.

I love my boots, very pretty warm and reasonable in price. Will be sure to order more. 👍🌅😊

Hands down...best scrapper/shredder on the market!

Do not waste your money! These are very cheaply made shoes, straps broke first day of wearing them eithin 2 hours Contacted customer support for a refund they told me I could get 10% back seriously what am I going to do with $3.95? As cheaply made as the shoes are they should only be charging $3.95! They're supposed to be sending me a new pair, we shall see.

I am very like your service and your attention for the buyers.
Now , I want to return one my item, because it is not correct size.
I want to chenge size S for size L

Total SCAM! I could have written the first 2 reviews; my experience was exactly the same except I did receive a return email within 2 days of my request for a return form. DON'T let a response from "Olivia" fool you. I did NOT return the items, but canceled my credit card & requested a new one so there is no chance the scammers can use it. DO NOT order from this company!
