This company is a scam. Sent wrong product and I asked for return address for a refund. Offered 30 percent of price so I wouldn’t have to return to European company which I know cost a lot to mail. I agreed then next day I got an email that they notified the shipper and they are sending correct item. I messaged back with a strong no!!! I told them I will not accept it and they won’t get paid for sending something I did not order!! Never ever order from these scammers!!

Order never arrived, No tracking information, shipper or shipping number was ever provided either. My order never arrived. After my inquiry was not responded to by customer service I was left with no other option but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. At that time customer service provided tracking and delivery information for my order when it was in fact never delivered.

I ordered two pairs of sandals in women’s size 7. I was very excited to receive them, but when I tried them on they were huge, probably more like a 8 or 9. I have sent pictures and measurements to customer service over the last two weeks and there still remains no resolution. To return the sandals to the Netherlands, it would cost me $35 (the price I paid essentially for each pair). I feel it is the company’s duty to stand by their products. In this case, no review indicated the sandals run large and I cannot wear them. I would have to donate them or give them away. I am frustrated and disappointed as I like the sandals and wish they fit. I’ll add also that one was meant to be beige, but are much more of an off white, so that, too, was disappointing. This issue is still not resolved and I fear that it won’t be. Customer service has been responsive, but not very proactive and I feel like I am being strung along with no real solution in sight (other than paying $35 yo return them to the Netherlands). Advice would be to read the return policy carefully and understand that returns are international and costly.

Like most people, I would say they're a scam. I bought a posture corrector that didn’t fit. I told them I wanted a refund upon returning the item. They gave me a story about keeping the item and be refunded 30% of the price unless sent back to the Netherlands. A way to discourage people to ask for refunds. Items are made in China. Not worth it. Don't waste your time or money.

Easy work to clean my doors and windows

I contacted customer support and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they got back to me. The toy works as advertised, and my cats enjoy the entertainment!

Unfortunately another sap taken for a fool. Should have looked at reviews before ordering. This place is a scam run out of Norway. Ordered a “stained glass mushroom lamp” and received a hard plastic lamp the size of my hand. I tried to get a refund and they said I had to ship it back. It would have cost over $100 to ship back (which they know) and that is more than the product. Their business model is made for this scam.

Ordered the 'wool lined leather' boots. Boots were NOT leather, or wool lined, but more cheap manmade material outers with a thin, maybe felt, lining. Sizing was waaaay off by about 1-1/2 size small. Reading the company policy---'100% satisfaction guarantee, money back guarantee' is very misleading. my shipping label stated CA, but returns must be sent to the Netherlands at the customer's expense. Shipping cost makes it unlikely most folk will return the merchandise, but for keeping the item and opt the mere 30% refund. No doubt as to who profits here.
Lesson learned. I will be donating my boots and hope someone can use them.

Please review companies before buying anything. This company NORMADIC is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I ordered leather boots with fur on the inside. They sent me plastic shoes no lace and plastic bottoms. They know you will not refund because the address is to the Netherlands unbelievable. You people are SICK AND HORRIBLE. I wish I didn't have to put a star because they DO NOT deserve any.

The sealant was easy to use and does an excellent job for the price.

Arrived in timely manner and product is as portrayed in photo. Would recommend.

The product is awesome except the cleaning tool is very flimsy,I don’t think it will last to long. The scissors are great.

Should have come here first, lamp not remotely like the picture. Same story, despite picture proof of false advertising, told I would need to pay to ship back to china. Do not buy anything from them.

If i could leave zero stars i would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered "wool lined leather boots" and received plastic and polyester boots, with no laces, Styrofoam soles, and both LEFT-FOOTED BOOTS. They will not give you a full refund unless YOU PAY to ship the items back to the Netherlands (which they know no one will do because it costs more than their actual products). I URGE YOU - do not spend your money on anything on this website.

The boots I ordered were described as leather. They're not. They smell very bad as well. When I reached out to the company I was offered a 30% refund without returning them and the option to return them...to the Netherlands!! Not sure what the cost will be for that. DON'T do business with this company!! You'll regret it.

Absolute scam! Please avoid this website! I ordered stained glass table lamp, when it arrived I was mortified. How could you even send something like that to people!? It’s was a plastic toy from a dollar store that was painted pink with partially gold outlines, perhaps paint was falling off…I immediately reach out to NOMARDIC, they didn’t respond right away, days after, I was sent a link to the most ridiculous terms of conditions. You only have 14 days to return the item at your own expense and it must be ship to Netherlands meanwhile package came from Freeport, NY. This company made it absolutely impossible for you to solve this without loosing your money. SCAM!

When I finally received my order 28 days after placing it, I found that the so called” leather boots” that I ordered are no more than very cheap smelly , actually reeking plastic. The company actually states on their website that they are leather, genuine leather which is a fraudulent statement and misrepresentation of the item they are selling. The boots are cheaply made and are worth maybe 3 or 4 dollars at most. I am returning them and going to wait and see if they hassle me about giving me a refund. I would not order from this company they are very dodgy.. When I entered my order # to trace my order, it shows no such number. This company is 100% scam. SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT BUY ANY NOMARDIC BOOTS THE COMPANY IS A SCAM AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE LEATHER BOOTS, YOU WILL RECEIVE SMELLY STINKY CHEAPLY MADE PLASTIC BOOTS, THEY ARE SUCH A JOKE AND THEY SMELL REALLY BAD.
