Will never shop here again

Will never shop here again. I have been shopping at this store for a long time never had a problem but recently l did my shopping as usually but after a month plus haven’t received my order only partial delivery yesterday despite me contacting them regularly.

I placed an order on the 20th September and it is now the 9th November. I have not received my order and I have not had any satisfaction with any communication with this company. I believe that they are a scam. Please do not order from them!!!

Incompetent - Rediculous

Placed order 09/10/21 received one item along with 2 other items I didnt order? Contacted Customer service (I'm honest) requested to return which I did. Asked after second item waiting for, "Oh moving warehouse will be delivered soon" 4 weeks now! I have other issues with Noni B, lost items, incorrect refund, it just total incompetence, I shouldn't have to make numerous phone calls and send emails with no satisfaction. Customer service (Philippines) does not understand issues, requested Supervisor to call me, still waiting! Mosaic who own this company make millions per annum, hire more competent staff!!

Purchased a pair of 18 carat gold…

Purchased a pair of 18 carat gold plated ear rings from Noni B for my mother for Mother's day. Within a month of occasional use the plating disappeared. Took the ear rings into the store to complain and was told that's what happens to plated jewellery, cant do anything about it but we will let management know!!! I don't think the jewellery is gold plated and is nothing but false advertising and deception. Stay away from this store.

Very Bad DO not shop here

Very Bad! Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered. First there were errors with sale items not showing correct sale price in my cart. Now I've been waiting 4 weeks for my order to arrive and still hasn't even been shipped! Would NEVER buy from them again.

Rude incompetent staff

I bought a $350 RRP dress for a wedding that was on special for $89 The receipt showed $89 but when I check my bank statements they had charged $350 I went back to the store and showed both the receipt and the statement only to be told "It's your problem You miss-read the price tag" Had I been informed it was a simple error at the register and been treated better I would feel different about shopping there ever again I supplied all my info to Fair Trading and finally got my missing balance back but I'll never shop at Noni B again

Poor customer service

Poor customer service , goods paid for and not delivered, request to credit Afterpay account ignored , ongoing automated emails with no outcomes on problem , definitely off the list of stores that I would recommend for online shopping

I have been trying to resolve a problem…

I have been trying to resolve a problem with NoniB for over six months. I purchased a My Genie Robot, cleaner in good faith from NoniB in July 2020 thinking they were a reputable company. The cleaner stopped working in Late January 2021. I reported this in early February 2021 and correspondence went on and on until late May 2021. NoniB will not even reply to my emails anymore. I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment I have received from NoniB and am out of pocket to the sum of $200. Buyer beware of this Company. Also 1 star is too many.

Very bad

Very bad. Air fryers they sold are absolute failures. No refund after 6 months. One nasty product and a company has no intention of refunding it seems . Send links that do not work. It will be out of business soon enough given its poor reviews and performance. Quick too take money but hold onto refunds like a vice like grip. Not ever again will I buy from such a unethical company. No excuse.

Shall never shop in Noni B again. Bad customer service and no solution to a customer trying to order stuff online. They give vouchers when they cannot meet their timeline in fulfilling orders! Inordinate delays. Shall spread the word around.

I try to exchange an item that I got ( wrong size) but the person in Rockingham shopping Center was very rude and didn’t want to exchange it because I did not have the receipt, I have been a costumer for years and years, they lose a good costumer I will never buy anything from this shop again, the reason I don’t have the receipt is I did lost it.

Blacktown Store

Staff member in Blacktown store needs customer service training. I was questioned when I needed to exchange an item I had bought for my mother prior to Mother's day. Went in on the Monday for an exchange on size & rudely questioned - "do you think this one will fit? I hope so!" I tried to explain it's often difficult buying for others when preference for 'snug or loose fit' is not known. She ignored me saying "you've already exchanged it once!! Mind you, the tags were intact & it was the day after Mother's Day... many items would need exchange one would expect. You'd think I was asking for her kidney! It was a simple exchange, no monetary refund. Not everyone is suited to customer service, which requires a positive disposition no matter how lousy one may be feeling.

Useless! Second time I have ordered from the Autograph website and 2nd time something has been missed from the package and I email them and get no responses at all. Frustrating, annoying and just plain rude that they don't respond!

OVERCHARGE on advertise price - no customer care.

Extremely poor customer service... actually there isn’t any. I was overcharged on six items I purchased online. I realised within a minute of hitting send on my payment- emailed their customer care (or customer we really don’t care) I received a ticket as acknowledgment. I have followed up this ticked with many emails, I have called quoting the ticket number and each time have to explain which items I have been overcharged. Their reply is they will get someone to look into this and get back to me. I was pleased yesterday when I received a phone call saying they will process the overcharge (finally - 3 weeks after initial email). Then I get an email 25 minutes later saying.... they have to pass this onto someone else. False Advertising - Non Existent Customer Care. Awful Experience.

Frustrated VIP member

I have been a long time member of the Noni B VIp Rewards Program . After never receiving the rewards outlined in the program I contacted customer care for a resolution.
It took 5 months for the rewards to be issued for the previous 12 months. I have been in contact with numerous customer care reps via email and phone to resolve the issue but still no outcome. I was advised in writing of my current rewards - October 2020 to the start of April 2021 but haven't been issued a voucher to use instore.
Interestingly when I phoned again recently I received an email within 30 minutes to say they had made an incorrect calculation and owed me $3 less. It is now almost 2 weeks later and customer care still haven't provided a voucher. On ringing again I was advised that the issue had been escalated to a senior manager - this has been done every week for months!!!!
I am extremely frustrated by this issue and tired of hearing " I am sorry and thank you for your patience. " I have been told repeatedly that a supervisor will ring within 24 hours and this never happens . The first call was promised in January 2021 and most weeks since . We are now at the end of April 2021 and the silence is golden!!!!!
Extremely disappointed and frustrated.
