Website says you can return online…

Website says you can return online purchases in store but I went to a store and they refused to take it. I showed the assistant the website where it says you can return to store but she said head office told them they cannot. They had the same dress instore, just ridiculous that I wasted my time and petrol going to a store. Dress was great quality and price but too big.

Read their returns policy first before ordering online

Do not order from this company online until you read their returns policy. If you buy clothing at a sale price (and a lot of it is advertised online at a sale price), you will not be eligible for a refund if the clothing does not fit. They say that they will refund only if the garment is damaged or is different to the item originally ordered. I am very reluctant to order from them online again.

Disgusting Service

Such a hopeless service missing two items out of 4 since beginning of Jan as previous customers are saying you do not follow up or acknowledge emails when you call up either their hopeless system is down if its not down then they say it is upgrading. Finally I have been told that items were posted on 24th Jan BUT WAIT CAN NOT GIVE A TRACKING NO. Why Because that info comes from another section O system down. All and good when all goes well but when there is a discrepancy Noni B dont know where to start. They have your money tell you they have sent items but can not prove it with a tracking No.

I wouldn't even give one star this company is the worse ever waiting on an order since 29th of December did not receive anything cannot get a refund they say computer system not working these people are thieves and con artists they stilling people money some body should investigate them click and collect even the store at high point where I was supposed to collect my item don't have any idea about my order disgusting situation

Rude

Rude.

Store manager at Westfield southland is just plain rude. claimed that we could not return an item for store credit without a receipt (even with bank statement evidence) despite the Noni B website clearly stating that we could.

Basically threw us out the door saying we could get a different size and no exchange receipt and we were not to return for an exchange or refund even if we found the original receipt once we got home.

I've never seen store managers making up their own rules, nor have I ever seen such disgusting behaviour.

Non-delivery of product. I selected an item for a click and collect transaction despite a phone call and 2 msgs on their site.

I ordered a product using click and collect on 24th December. I contacted them through the web page provided as well as using the phone. In response I received an apology and was told to expect a free of charge home delivery. A week later I was told I would be contacted by the store to collect when the product was available to collect. Still no word. Also click and collect did not provide an option to my closest Noni B without any explanation. None B = dark hole regarding service and communication. Very poor experience!

I placed an order 27th November 2020…

I placed an order 27th November 2020 and still haven’t received it, it is now 6th January.
I have chased this order up four times and the only response I have received was to ask for my order number which I have previously supplied. Since then I have not heard back regardless of my continue request via email and on line.
Would not recommend anyone to purchase through them, they are happy to take you money quickly, but are just as happy to ignore your emails once they have your cash.

Received incorrect product not only in…

Received incorrect product not only in size but colour and style tried numerous times to get a return code, eventually received one and was then charged to return the incorrect item that they had sent me. Asked how I could the correct item and was told to reorder again and then charged for postage. Rang time after time to try and find out when I was getting my refund and then advised it would be another 5-7 days and I wouldn’t get cost of postage. This has been going on for weeks. Long and short of it is still waiting for original refund still waiting on product I had to reorder. Have paid out full price for postage and then return postage on products I am either yet to receive correctly or on the incorrect item sent back. Am going to ombudsman to officially complain about this farce of a company who employ people that simply don’t care or understand what good customer service is and that what they are doing is illegal. Never again will I shop online through NoniB. Disgusting.

Customercare?? There's no such thing. Received one dresss (ordered 2). Do u think I can get an answer out of Ccare as to when I might receive my paid for purchase-30.11.20. Now 21.12.20. Disgusted

I have learned a valuable lesson this month,always read customer reviews before making a purchase. You can read my story in every other review on this page.
I am not going to contact you any more it's a waste of time. Instead I have consulted with a lawyer who assures me that I have a strong case against noni b online to commence court action and sue them. Please people be aware of the reviewers comments all of it is true. I will let everyone know the outcome of my legal action. Stay safe

Do not order from this site

This is the worse online service ever. I ordered on 1st November and although didn't wait too long fir some things returned $450.00 worth of goods and the tracking stopped 3 days after posting with parcel point. I have emailed and only get automated messages not answering and I have telephoned and wait for an hour in queue then get voicemail and nobody calls back. I've tried parcel point and get the same. I am now going to have to contact my back as still awaiting refund. Would never order again.

Don't waste your time or money

Placed an order on the 12th November. Emailed to follow up on the 18th as I hadn't received a shipping confirmation. Received a reply on the 21st advising the order was prepared and waiting for courier pickup. Emailed chasing again on the 4th December as I still hadn't received any shipping confirmation. Have just emailed to cancel and requested a refund as I haven't received a reply. This was my first time ordering through Noni B and I'm frustrated with the whole experience...will definitely not be ordering from them again.

Ordered product, have not received. Sent several emails, just kept getting back automated response not addressing the problem with ID numbers to quote when making enquiry...now have 3 IDs. Tried phoning, was on hold for 45mins and then cut off when 'ambassador' finally answered. Terrible service.

I have bought sale items from noni b ,the items did not fit me were extremely big and long and different than what was advertised, non b refused exchange or return ,response was very rude and waste of money ,I believe not even exchanging sake items ois a fraud and I will complain to the fair trading

Ripped my Mum off $150 with FAKE hand sanitiser and FAKE masks arriving months LATE

My Mother paid around $150 for hand sanitiser and masks after seeing their panic adverts about stocking up for cornoavirus pandemic.

The masks are very low quality cloth masks, not N95, no certifaction and are USELESS.

Now I find that the hand sanitiser is FAKE and only has 23% alcohol as per this Choice investigation:

Delivery was promised within 2 weeks. After 1 month she tried to cancel but no reply to emails and no answer on the phone despite spending over 6 hours on hold on several calls.

After making a paypal claim they decide to send the dodgy products 3 months later.

I will be contacting ACCC and Fair Trading about this to seek a refund.

They take your order just to get money and then you don’t get your order
I have placed an order and still waiting to receive my items. I have received some but not all, not receiving hand sanitiser when I needed it what is the point getting it six months later when I can get it five minutes from my house
They are not responding to my emails and when I try to call I can’t get to them
This is disgusting that they are using people in such situation to build their budget
I would never ever get anything from them I hope other customer will do the same

This company is a disgrace. They lie to get you to order products (I ordered hand sanitiser) and then refuse to answer phone calls, emails and web communications.
I paid for my order which was supposed to arrive in 6 weeks almost 7 weeks ago. I will now have to dispute the transaction with my bank and contact the Department of Fair Trading to report this dishonest company that has stolen my money!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
