the product is good but shipping is problem

Never order here. Just don’t waste your time and don’t order from this place.
First of all, it takes forever for them to ship your items. Once the order finally arrives, the packaging is poor and the product quality is not great either.
But the worst part starts when you want to return something. It takes ages to get in touch with customer service and to finally receive a return label. Then they say the return costs are based on the value of the item you are returning. In my case, both the shipping address and my address are within the EU, so there are no import tariffs involved, yet they still charge extremely high return costs. For a relatively small but more valuable item, the return fee ended up being around a quarter of the original item value, which is absurd.
And even after they finally send the return label and you ship the item back, it can take about a month and multiple follow-up emails before they actually process the refund.
Overall, very poor customer service, very slow return handling, and a frustrating experience from start to finish.

Thank you for your response, but unfortunately that does not reflect my experience at all.
Communication was not clear and the refund timeline was exceeded. I only received my refund after sending several follow-up emails myself and continuously chasing for updates. Without that, I genuinely do not believe this would have been resolved within the stated timeframe.
I understand policies exist, but the overall experience was unnecessarily slow, frustrating, and far from customer friendly. That is exactly why I wrote the review.

Faulty table
Update: I have gotten the refund and their customer agent cooperated.
Faulty table, refund agreed but never received and still chasing after 2+ months. I ordered the Hett Table from noo.ma in late December 2025 (Order #210618), which was delivered on 3 February 2026. The table was unusable out of the box: the drilled holes and connector positions on the tabletop were mismatched, and the legs did not fit into the tabletop holes. Assembly was impossible. I reported the fault on 4 February 2026. It then took approximately one month of back-and-forth, and me filing a card dispute with my bank, before noo.ma gave an adequate response and agreed to a refund. The refund was reportedly issued on 27 March 2026.
As of 21 April 2026, I have received nothing. No funds on my card, and noo.ma has refused to provide the basic Adyen transaction references (PSP reference, ARN) that my bank needs to trace the refund. Their response has been to tell me to "contact Adyen myself," which is not possible. Adyen does not have customer service for cardholders, only for their merchant clients. This is noo.ma's responsibility and they know it.
A company that sells a faulty product for 9,000 SEK, then fails to deliver the refund they claim to have issued, and stops engaging when asked for proof, is not a company I can recommend. Buyers should be aware of the after-sales risk before ordering.
Still waiting. Will update this review if and when the refund is actually received.

My experience with Noo.ma has been very disappointing. The bed arrived damaged and with missing screws, which meant it could not be properly assembled when it was first delivered. It was only assembled much later, once the issue became unavoidable, and by then the frustration had already been significant. The condition of the product raised real concerns about its quality and durability, especially considering the price and expectations set by the brand.
What made the situation worse was the response offered by customer service. A 5% refund felt completely inadequate in view of the damage, the inconvenience, and the time lost dealing with the problem. When a product arrives in this condition, the solution should reflect the seriousness of the issue, not minimize it. Overall, this was a very poor experience, both in terms of delivery and after-sales support.

My couch was delivered on April 2nd, but unfortunately it arrived damaged due to transport. The delivery driver immediately took it back with him.
Since then, dealing with customer service has been extremely frustrating. Responses come only about once a week, which is far too slow. I also went to the store in Berlin for support, but they were unable to help because the order was placed online. Apparently, they are not allowed to intervene in online customer service matters, which leaves customers without real and quicker support. There is also no phone number available anywhere.
The main issue is timing: I ordered the couch weeks in advance because I have guests coming soon and specifically need the sleeping function. So far, I have no clear answer on whether a replacement has even been arranged.
I was offered a €100 voucher if I agreed to have the damaged couch delivered to me again, which I declined. What I actually need is a clear confirmation that a replacement has been processed and will arrive on time.
Today, I once again received only a vague email with explanations, but no concrete update on how things will proceed—despite already requesting a replacement. This is very frustrating.
Additionally, the delivery driver mentioned that delivery issues happen frequently and that many products arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging. Sustainability should not only focus on reducing packaging but also on ensuring products arrive intact, avoiding unnecessary returns and replacements altogether.
So far, I would not recommend.
It should be possible to find a solution within 7 working days.

Not letting costumers know that they collaborate with a delivery service that doesnt offer a carry in option for heavy items, and not being upfront about it.
Additionaly item has arrived damaged (2 of 4 legs came broken out of packaging), which was very poorly and cheaply protected for transport. Avoid this company and their items!

I ordered the Ande table last week and it arrived this week in perfect condition - I was a little hesitant about ordering because of the bad reviews here and also because I worry that products I discover on Instagram are dodgy - thankfully my experience was all good - the table arrived within the time frame they specified (6 days) and was in perfect condition and exactly as described. The only think I would note for anyone considering ordering - the metal table is clang-ie so every time you set a coffee cup or plate down it bangs but I suppose that was to be expected from a metal table.

Bashed table and no customer service
The table I received was bashed in various places and the pre drilled screws did not align so we could not assemble the table. Tried to return it as a defective product and have not received a response. Avoid buying from this company!
