Beautiful products
Everything went great. I bought a Pouf, a plaid, a cushion and some decoration articles and they are really well crafted and just beautiful. I was a little intimidated by some reviews and although the shipping took one or two days more, I can‘t complain at all. Really great products ❤️

First Purchase was a dream, second one has a long delay
The first order was simple and easy and the item arrived as noted. My second order however was lost during shipping. It took a long time to get a response from noo.ma which was mentioned that it could take 10 days. Once they responded they confirmed that my item was lost and that they had to sort out a replacement. I hope that the second time around the item makes it to me! They were helpful, but it's been almost a month since I ordered my item and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. So patience is key in case things happen.

Cute but a bit too pricey maybe
The delivery was smooth, I got the round side table in blue it looks very pretty and I love the color. But I don’t think I would have bought it if it wasn’t discounted . If you want to use it for you pc it’s a bit annoying because when you type stuff it wobbles so it’s not really made for writing

Bad quality wobbly side table and blank
Ordered a side table a while ago, couldnt find them on Google Maps to give the one star rating, so here it is delayed. Very expensive and bad design, its wobbly and many cups of coffee and tea have spilled over its flawed design. We mostly used other side tables now that were a fraction of the price and we have seen similar designs also for as low as a tenth of the price at noo.ma. we also bought a blanket with which we are also not too happy, it leaves lint everywhere. Big no for us.
It has been far over the 30 days.

It is a scam! The customer support is non existent. They don’t reply to my emails and the staff in the Berlin store are extremely impolite and insulting. Two months with no delivery and no help or information whatsoever

Great bed textiles!
First of all, the products (and for me it was a duvet cover and pillowcases) are exactly as advertised. The colours and print are high quality. The material feels good on my skin and lends itself well to washing. The purchase process was also very smooth and the delivery came as promised. I do like what I got here and will come back for more.

False advertising and terrible customer service
We ordered a sofa from Noo.ma on a 1-2 week lead time 17th February. We chased delivery and were told on 26th February by Gosia that it was still not at their warehouse and could be shipped next week or the middle of March latest. We chased again TWICE and finally received a response 4th March advising the data confirmed delivery would be 12th March. We chased 9th and then 16th March for an update with no response. On 17th March Gosia confirmed the sofa will arrive at their warehouse 19th March and then 5-7 business days for delivery. We responded 17th March to express this is not acceptable and are yet to receive a reply.
The sofa was ordered for a marketing suite launch based on the 1-2 week lead time as advertised. It was ordered 17th Feb and therefore should have been delivered 3rd March. I have now been advised with no certainty that delivery may be 30th March. That is a 6 week lead time instead of a 1-2 week lead time. This is completely unacceptable. Responses and customer service are delayed, promises missed, this is appalling customer service, do not use this company.
