I have had many problems with Noogleberry in the UK. It started with the affiliated company Noogleberry in Jacksonville, Florida. They sent me
a broken set of cups. Then there were problems with the shipping delays and so forth. I finally received the cups and the silicone rings that I required. I used the rings for less than a month and they fell apart. I contacted Lucy at Newberry and said that I would pay for a new set of silicone rings and she said no that Newberry would supply a new set of rings a month ago. They told me that the rings were being shipped to the US. I have not heard another word. I have tried repeatedly to contact Lucy without success. I have now given up on getting the silicone rings because they are not available from the American Newberry. If at all possible I would try to obtain your breast enhancement system from another company That has a good reputation.

I wish the airlock worked better.... my suggestion get two guns as the suction stays full if hose stays attached... two guns would also allow better control of each side... otherwise I am starting to see results and it is fun as I have always been jealous of girls with little booties... now I am starting to see my own

Their product is unparalleled in function, however the silicone rings do not last very long. I’ve had to replace them twice this year. Every time I order them, they are out of stock and there is a significant wait for them to be shipped. The staff usually does not notify me that they are out of stock, I usually have to inquire as to why my purchase is taking so long to ship.

The staff is always kind and helpful, I really appreciate the low stress of navigating the shipping delays. Of course, because of the quality of the results, I will always purchase from Noogleberry, I just wish they could get their inventory stabilized.

Haven’t received my package yet

Purchase was straight forward. Not sure if they have changed manufacture but for the 2nd time one of the valves is leaking and its hard to get the 2 parts to come together. Apart from that all OK.

Good communication, excellent price, fantastic. Product wish I knew about it earlier. I now have a nice pair of breasts.

I can't say much about the product yet. Except that the cups are flat and not ergonomically shaped, which means that they don't fit properly and seal well with my anatomy. That's why I need the soft rings, which are not included but are a relatively expensive accessory. I placed my order a month ago, the cups arrived, but the rings are still pending, so I still haven't been able to start. There was no mention anywhere in the shop that there were delivery problems with the soft rings.
About the service: I initially ordered the wrong cups (despite taking the correct measurements) and also the wrong size rings. I was able to exchange these by emailing customer service and hope that they will be delivered in the correct size soon. The customer service was always friendly and helpful, but I had to wait up to a week for answers, which is definitely too long and, in my opinion, absolutely poor service. Hidden on the website, I found information that Noogleberry is having difficulties with its email system. But even in the chat, I had to wait far too long for a response and was then referred back to email.
I hope the soft rings arrive soon in the right size and that, after all this back and forth, the product at least works perfectly in the end.

Good communication, fast responses, good service

Shipping was delayed, when the packages did arrive they were in very bad condition.
I ordered the hand pump breast system with valves and extra cup sizes assuming the valves were a part of the cheap hand-pump system they have but they were a part of the cups.
The cups that fit me did not hold suction, so I tried oil, different positions and even using one at a time to no success, then moved to the larger cups, which were impossible to get a seal with even using oil and their silicon rings.
I'm willing to chalk that up to me just having an incompatible body with their products, regardless, the quality of product leaves a lot to be desires especially when considering the price. It's hard to believe these items cost any more than $25 USD to make

Took almost one month to deliver, the item is no different to the same on aliexpress for a quarter of the price!

You complete an order when only partial ships. That's not a standard we do in the USA, so it looks like I received everything and I didn't as well as what was marked on the packing slip was not accurate. Still waiting for email that backorder has shipped or an estimation on when it will.

What have received so far is working well? Product is great.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Noogleberry. Like the first time, Noogleberry took the money and then advised they had run out of stock and were waiting new delivery. This time, the new delivery was faulty and I had to wait more than 2 weeks further for another new delivery. All the time, Noogleberry had my money, although they did offer to refund but I would have to reorder.
