Took a while to arrive, but was worth the wait.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a product.

Ordered in May and the silicone rings were on backorder, took over a month to ship.

After waiting a total of almost 2 months the product I received was defective with the silicone ring being more a solid warped block of silicone than a functional product.

Messaged Customer servive but as of yet they have not gotten back to me.

You didn't ship the lip pump it's not in the box with the other items I only missing the lip pump.

The size recommendation isn’t right. Medium is too large and the release valve doesn’t work. As soon as I move from laying down it loses suction. I ordered small cups but they are out of stock so I’ve been pretty much stuck laying down to use these. I haven’t noticed any results yet.

Always good quality and not exorbitant pricing.

So absolutely happy with my order! So comfortable, so easy and quiet to use. Previously used LA pump and not only did the cups break, the hand pump sucked and they were also a pain to use. NOOGLEBERRY FOREVER! and my results are great. Can’t wait to order the next cup size 😊

I had to wait a month because of a back ordered item

No reply for more than a week - that is unsatisfactory customer service. You say your chat system is slowing down. B#llshit, as you are also not replying to emails. Considering that I paid for my order more than a week ago, the order isn't even dispatched yet. That is awful attitude to customers

Excellent communication

Customer service is not great. Takes ages to get a response and my order was back ordered for two weeks, in which a representative said they sent an email saying that there would be a delay, but I never received one and a lot of other reviews are saying the same as me. They need to get a handle on orders and actually list things as out of stock instead of allowing buyers to order something only to get radio silence unless they reach out first.

I love the contoured air lock system and I am having results. Consistently is key. I ended up buying 2 systems so have a pump for each breast which works really well for me. I’m considering another size!

Hello, it took a while to receive a breast pump but let me tell you that it was worth it! The quality of the product is supreme, and it actually does work it terms of the enlargement purpose. I wanted to wait a couple of weeks to see how it was working before writing this review. After using it for 2 weeks (I am now doing 1 hour 3 times a day) my breasts are fuller and more perky. I am very excited to see how my breasts will turn out after 2-3 months of using this pump. Thanks so much! K.

The breast system I ordered works well with no leaks. An improvement from past experiences. The tubing was too short to connect to the cups from the "Y" connection.
The airlock kit with tubing was a disappointment as the hardware is different than what is provided with the pump and not compatible.

Poor communication. Product descriptions are not consistent. I ordered an extra-long Y connector, and it is not extra long. The tubing is 1 foot long. When I ordered an extra-long Y connector tube before it was way longer than 1 foot.

The product was as described and works great. I appreciate the Silence of a hand pump for more discreet exercise sessions. The case arrived with the zipper broken on first pull, but customer service was fast and offered a new case once they reviewed my video and photo. Seems like a great company.

Company is a joke. They can't even manage thier inventory and took 2 wrong shipments to get their product. Resulted in order delay of like 2 months. The product itself says contoured domes, but the domes have like 2mm contour. It's nearly flat.

There is nothing much wrong with your product once it arrives, it is your website that has a problem, allow me to explain.
When a customer chooses a product they should be advised before completing the order if said product is in stock or not!

Your website doesn’t do this!

It is only after a week has passed that you make enquiries and are told that the product was out of stock on back order!

Not good!
