Noom wasn’t my problem
Noom wasn’t my problem. I decided not to go with it because of the medication that I had requested I didn’t realize it needed a pre-authorization from a doctor and I also didn’t realize the medication would be $1600 a month.

I didn't think that I would love the…
I didn't think that I would love the micromananagement of the entire process but it turns out that that is exactly what I needed! I'm making conscious decisions about my diet instead of mindlessly grazing throughout the day and I'm way more active than I was before starting Noom. I'm 100% confident that I will reach my goal weight and be able to maintain that weight because of all the new knowledge I have gained regarding living a healthy lifestyle.

Starting my Noom journey started me on my way to a healthier, happier me. The personalized care team and doctor were very responsive and supportive. The in app workout videos were motivating and really helped me feel more energized to do more on my own. the medication was only a small part of the entire experience but helped my overall health improve with lower A1C and other concerning lab results.
