Noom has been a great GLP-1 company to work with. They are always on time with delivery of medication. The app is very supportive and the 1:1 coaching is inspiring.

Overall the support from the site has been great. If I reach out with questions I get timely responses. The gradual increase in dosage made side effects minimal. I am feeling better in my body again!

This program has allowed me to lose and maintain weight, while helping to develop a more healthy lifestyle. I enthusiastically recommend it.

The pricing is straight forward! Quick and easy aces to medication. Very detailed instructions with videos on the app of how to dose and inject .

Noom has a broken system, I do not recommend this service.

Noom Med was very effective and helpful in my weight loss journey! The team answers questions very quickly via the app and email. There are lessons that actually make healthy choices achievable without feeling like I'm sacrificing everything. The lessons are also nothing like I've experienced in other weight loss programs.

Great program with great results

I started the trial for £9 and cancelled 2 days before the end of the trial, receiving an email to confirm. However, Noom still took £39 from my account.

They are an American company, so if you want to contact them you have to call an American number (£££). Their chat function is AI which is not checked by a human, or those staff members are not staffed. After 3 hours, I requested an email to support my request. 24 hours, still no such email.

Really surprised and disappointed about the lack of customer service.

The Noom coach helps motivate me by keeping in constant contact. The logging of foods helps hold me accountable for what I eat. I love the recipes offered by ingredients I have in my kitchen and the food color guide is awesome!

Excellent balance of medication and a common sense, easy to follow program.

I joined Noom to reset my mindset. I was stuck in a cycle of bad habits and noom helped me reset those practices. I feel very well supported by the learning componenet associated with the app along with the rewards given for completing your good habits. The app offers more than just calorie tracking, there's mental health components, exercise, and coaching. All of which help support me in my new phase of life.

Noom is the best GLP-1 program out there. The care coordinators, Doctor's and staff are there to help if you need help or have questions.
I was on a constant roller coaster with my weight, which would affect my self confidence.
Over the years, I would gain & then I’d loose, repetitively…
This time around, I am on a micro-dose program & I have never felt better!
I am keeping my weight down, learning about which quality foods to eat. Noom also helps with tips about different types of meal options, recipes & healthy meal preparations.
They also give you a lot of fun challenges to do & fun projects to get involved in. They really try to assist you to have some fun along the way, learn & feel better about yourself.
For me, it is truly what I needed after a few failed attempts.

Very, very poor communication very unprofessional actions. I have been trying for three days to cancel my subscription because of all the hanky-panky and will not let me and none of the people I can email or help me when you go to manager subscription which is where all the people tell you to do by the time you get through it it won’t let you cancel the subscription. It will only let you downgrade it to a monthly program very aggravated would not recommend this place to anybody in the world. Very difficult to navigate very poor responses, no responses, and wrong responses. I went through my care coordinator team three times. They did not get back to me. I went through my coach three times to not get back to me. Went through the doctor three times and did not get back to me. My subscription get ready to auto renew for $900 and I’ve been trying for a week to cancel it and cannot cancel it or find anybody I can even talk to very big scam we’re at noom

Noom is a fantastic place to not only track your calories, but stay highly motivated to keep your goals. It's informative without being pushy. It has helped me immensely in keeping track of how many calories I eat per day and knowing which ones are healthy.

At first I was very hesitant to try out a program online but as soon as i started I have no regrets.
I started the program because of a couple of health concerns, mainly because weight gain the last three years wasn’t too great. Within the first month and a half I started seeing weight drop and the comments from friend and coworkers from seeing the change pushed me to try even harder. About to be on the program for almost four months and have already dropped 42 pounds. Noom helped give me that extra push I needed to reach the goal I’m striving for.

Noom Med has been a great experience so far. The combination of medical support and personalized coaching has helped me build healthier habits and stay on track with my goals. The program is easy to follow, and the care team has been responsive and supportive.

All was well with Noom until I tried to continue my membership. I'd cancelled my subscription so I didn't get caught out by a huge bill they don't warn you they are taking beforehand but the day before my current programme ended I tried to reinstate it but it said there were no programmes available to me at the moment so I should contact customer "support". Well that is where the fun started! I just got either totally irrelevant AI answers or, even worse, totally useless responses from staff who were always "very concerned" about the trouble I was having but not in any way capable of solving the problem. I have asked to make an official complaint but they are just ignoring this request. Luckily this has all led my to find an alternative, UK based, App so I would like to thank Noom for their incompetence because it's saved me an absolute fortune :)
