Quick in resolution to solve customer care

The environment of this website is getting worse and worse. The moderators' handling speed needs to be improved. The account suspension measures are more severe than before. I don't know what's going on. It's fine if you want to become better, but the things you should do should allow everyone to take a breath and make this environment less harsh. What has made this environment worse is that they have no rules in their hearts at all.

I need help on how to proceed to sue this platform.
Anyone who reads this and knows how I can proceed to sue this company for damages should please email me. I think it's high time someone does something about the stealing habits of this platform. I sent some funds into my wallet and immediately got logged out for "security reasons". Now I can't access the account anymore and what I sent the money into the wallet for has passed and I've lost the position. I want to sue this platform. Anyone knows how to proceed please?

Not helping my account is in holf status and they said after 3 months of waiting my account will be banned and then i able to withdraw my funds so waste of time and my money got stuck

I have to warn new users: this platform is extremely biased. I traded for two weeks and completed many successful deals without any issue. Then one old trader decided to scam me by redeeming my digital codes and blaming me. Instead of checking the evidence fairly, the moderators ruled in his favor simply because he had an older account. I lost $200 for nothing.

The biggest problem is not the scammer, but the moderators. They ignore clear proof of purchase and trading history, and always side with old accounts. Many other reviews here confirm the same experience. This shows a serious lack of fairness and makes the platform unsafe for new traders

I'm loosing my money to scammers in this noonse. I bought coins yesterday and I marked paid before time expired I uploaded all my possible proof to the seller and he went offline coming to tell me today he hasn't received any penny this hurts. Their customers service agent and they told me to hang it there that my complain would be solved and in few days later it solved all thanks to Ciara, Ava, MIya and Charlie. I tried to exchange USDT to Wise through their platform. After I placed the order, the seller claimed the payment was already sent. When I asked for a screenshot as proof, they ignored me. I waited over 2 hours—still no payment.

I opened a dispute and waited more than 5 hours with no live support response at all. Finally, when I told the seller I would leave a bad review, they suddenly canceled the trade and said “sorry.” This shows clear scam activity and zero accountability from the platform.

👉 No payment received, no support, and the seller got away without consequences.
